03/10/2005 19:38 | PUGUGLY, I've not seen any tips. Perhaps the new Building Regulations are on the horizon. | piedro
03/10/2005 14:55 | 17 trades today so far - Up 9% - Has this been tipped somewhere? | pugugly
02/8/2005 18:45 | A company with very little news. | piedro
24/7/2005 14:10 | Nothing's happening. We are waiting for the new Building Regulations. | piedro
12/4/2005 10:31 | Anybody knows what is happening in this company - 7% dividends seem to be very good | majka
12/4/2005 10:27 | Very good dividends - what is happening in the company - anybody knows??? | majka
27/10/2004 20:35 | anything moving out there on this company? | iorwerth
28/6/2004 11:19 | more buying today, and the price is moving, looks like the stock overhang from standard life is over, and we could see sharp movement on any buying activity. | cjw69
28/5/2004 14:12 | So standard Life were selling (Previously held 10%) - So who was buying? Be interesting to see if another rns or if a new buyer under 3% "The Company has today been informed that Standard Life Investments has a beneficial interest in 845,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company, representing approximately 8.1% of the current issued capital of the Company. | pugugly
24/5/2004 15:52 | congratulations all who held. regards | targatarga
21/5/2004 15:43 | this is a solid company, good cash, asset base, but poor market. having seen the 200k buy, i topped up my holding with another 2k, and moved the price, meaning the market makers are running out of stock. | cjw69
21/5/2004 15:39 | targatarga:- Very intereesting 4p above the market - and 1.9% of of listed shares total listed shares are 10,500,000. Be interesting to see if there is an rns - Anyway underpins my buying price. | pugugly
21/5/2004 14:01 | well - I sold mine for a profit at 94p last week. Todays 200k trade at 99p looks interesting . regards | targatarga
06/5/2004 13:15 | It looks resaonably valued now I think (bear in mind I usually value companies very conservatively). At 75p to buy first thing it was a safe bet , not so sure now at 97p to buy. PE is now about 13 if H2 = H1. | hugepants
06/5/2004 11:03 | Another tick up - could see spread narrowing soon (IMHO) | double6
06/5/2004 09:59 | kiwi:- Not sure how far this bounce will go - However the 9% yield at 75p will do me - however could not buy that many before the price moved. At least the divi should pay for the beer for a month or so. | pugugly
06/5/2004 09:36 | yes I know huge ... what I mean is they supply to that industry. Looks like I made the wrong call guys ... a good bounce. Hope you all do well ... | kiwihope
06/5/2004 09:29 | kiwi, They aren't a building/constructio | hugepants
06/5/2004 09:23 | pug ... yes this looks a solid company. I was uncertain whether to jump aboard ... looks like I've missed it now. Just a bit unsure about what will drive the price up over next few weeks/months, other than a technical bounce we may be seeing now. P/E for 2004 is 10 or so which is actually quite rich for a building/constructio | kiwihope
06/5/2004 09:22 | Kiwi, You're correct, the future is uncertain. But they way Im reading it is that as soon as the building regulations are finalised there is a good chance profits will start growing again. So I see downside risk protected by the balance sheet but strong upside if/when business improves. | hugepants
06/5/2004 09:15 | Kiwihope - Agreed but look at yield and asset protection - unless business really going pear shaped this should give some support? Yield about 9.3% | pugugly
06/5/2004 09:11 | Very glad I sold mine last week ! Now looking to buy back in | a0002577 |
