future growth looks uncertain ... the only reason for buying these is a trading bounce ... risky ...

Had a quick look at the annual report.

No mention of pension deficit. They pension seems to be separate from the company accounts. Also a large chunk of freehold property in the tangibles.

Liquid Assets + Freehold Property = 9M which is higher than current market cap.

So Ive bought a few. PE around 10 if H2 = H1.

I imagine that it's due to the statement about not being able to move forward until the building regs clarify specs for new products.

This share has done me quite well when I popped some into an ISA when reinvesting dividends.
