TRX Orthopaedics Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Tissue Regenix.

Accounts for year to 31 December 2020 show turnover of just £8k and accumulated losses of £10+m



OSTEOTEC LIMITED shows TRX as a "Brand". It appears to be a successful business but evidently this is because of the other products they offer and not TRX

Agreed they can't drill down into individual products and they have to be sensitive because of the products. Maybe TRX are also confined by NDA's. Yet the distributors are open about TRX brand on their websites.

Just been trying to gauge if TRX are close the Sustainability and Scalability of their four S strategy, so any clues on sales revenue is vital imo. They look to be close to sustainability imo.

maybe because it's such a niche product? those images are not for the faint of heart :)

Yes, it was posted before.

Osteotec is a long term specialist supplier to UK hospitals - both private and NHS. They are also on the NHS Framework suppliers list for orthopaedics, which is valid until 2024.

As a newbie trying to get up to speed on TRX, not sure if this link has been posted before. Interesting that Osteotec are the un-named UK distributor of Orthopure-xt. Osteotec supply into the NHS and the private healthcare sector.





So current distributors in th UK and Poland. Would be nice to see further Orthopure-xtdistribution deals throughout the rest of Europe and ROW.

I reckon TRX will surprise to the upside.

The old directors, who were academics and great at the R&D product development,but were not commercially savvy, have been replaced with a new board of directors who have a great history of commercialising medical products.

Everything is in place. They've hammered down on costs and enlarged the capabilities of the the San Antonio facility.

They just need to get out there, do the deals, and generate some positive newsflow. Other than the covid situation, there's nothing else to hold them back imo.

L2 1 v 1 spread having tightened to 1.56%. Can't buy in any decent quantities online at the mo.

L2 strengthening nicely in the background. Currently 4 v 1 with Marex alone on the offer, so it wouldn't take much to push it higher. I had another top up last Friday.

So tempting to add more as this month two Directors have added and now an Institution adding - should we take this as a sign to add ourselves ? I keep saying no I have enough, but even the smallest tick-up is earning us more than if we had the "dosh" sitting in a Building Society / Bank.

Director just bought 9 million shares shows this share is about to rise up hopefully 10 million turnover in the next 6 months and break even around the corner

Monster directors buy makes this shares prospects very good for the next announcement expect a very large uptick on news of the large orders coming in the increase in exports to USA also backs this up I am now hopeful of circa 10 million Sales over the next six months

A decent vote of confidence, I can still see us drifting further though without news. Boredom sets-in with traders and short term investors. Longer term holders (like the directors) don't care about the drift, they'll probably buy more.
