Launch of DermaPure(R) Meshed and VNEW(TM)

Both line extensions to the Biosurgery division, utilising the dCELL (R) Technology platform

Tissue Regenix (AIM: TRX), the regenerative medical technology company, announces the launch of DermaPure(R) Meshed and VNEW(TM) , both line extensions to the Company's BioSurgery division, utilising Tissue Regenix's patented decellularisation ('dCELL(R)') Technology.

DermaPure(R) Meshed provides surgeons with a customised new DermaPure(R) option that eliminates time consuming manual meshing in the operating room, allows for wound fluid egress, thereby optimising patient outcomes and is meshed to provide an expansion area of 1.8X, allowing for greater surface area coverage. The product is targeted for use by general, plastic and trauma surgeons who treat patients with conditions that result in loss of integumental tissue (skin), requiring replacement, repair, or reconstruction. DermaPure(R) Meshed is a niche addition to our current portfolio for our customer base.

VNEW(TM) is available exclusively through the Company's distribution partner ARMS Medical ('ARMS'), which it entered into a multi-year exclusive distribution agreement (the "Agreement") with in 2018. The Agreement granted ARMS exclusive rights to distribute DermaPure(R) to hospitals and surgeons throughout the US for use in urology and gynecology procedures, focused on women's pelvic health issues. VNEW(TM) , the pre-shaped, pre-cut acellular dermal allograft, is designed to facilitate pelvic organ prolapse surgical procedures intended to repair, reconstruct, and reinforce damaged or weakened tissue. Approximately 300,000 women annually undergo surgery for pelvic organ prolapse(1) . Tissue Regenix has already fulfilled its initial stocking order for VNEW(TM) .

Both products utilise the Company's patented dCELL(R) Technology, which unlike alternative processes, removes 99% of DNA and other cellular debris with virtually no structural disruption, differentiating itself from other technologies, thus providing optimal repair, replacement, and / or reconstruction of the damaged extracellular matrix, as well as providing structural support, allowing the patient's living, native cells to populate and integrate ultimately achieving the surgeons' goal of soft tissue healing.

I have 'waders' and they are overflowing. Haven't bought any more for a little while due to being "overweight" here already.

Would not normally buy so much in one company (TRX), but I see this as an opportunity to try and recover a "megga" amount of dosh lost when I was invited to take part in a placing thirteen years ago after a "face to face" meeting with CEO / MD of a company which then delisted from the market three months later after the placing and have never traded again.

Fingers Crossed ✌ and hope Lightening doesn't strike twice !!

It seems stockopedia think this share is 93% under true value hope they have got this right means shares could double if the news is goodDirectors buys give me some confidence wish they had been a bit larger though

I think their runway of money will be used up in around 18 months if trading hasn't improved the question is what will they do they can hardlyDo another fund raise at these lowly prices without diluting the current holders vastly Hope this question will be answered in the results due soon and trading is up by at least 50 per cent then the share price should rise by how much is anybodies guess but it would make them near break even

ingroid what I am saying is that the gain of the three large BUYS totalling 5714300 shares just after mid afternoon are wiped out by the SELL of the same one total after the market has closed !!
