binglem. Not sure that different rules DO apply to non-execs - a director is a director with the same access to price sensitie infomation.

Not necessarily now as the recent director buy was a non exec buy - different rules apply. Great show of support from the board though in the last month or so.

Well one thing we know regarding "news flow" is that we cannot be in any "closed Period" as if we were the the Director would not have been allowed to buy those 3M+ shares

Just looked back to last year and the Results for year ending December 2019 were announced on the 5th June 2020.

2nd September 2020, Interim Results were announced

Next three months could not only be interesting, but share price moving as well

contact2fsnetcouk - thank you, and whilst I am sure the Glenmorangie will hit the right spot, but unfortunately recovery may not be possible. However, I had a word with "Big G" upstairs and I am hoping he already has enough troublemakers up there at the moment, and that he doesn't want another one just yet, so won't be calling for me for a while longer.

On a brighter note, then I am thinking along the same lines as yourself, and hoping we may get a trading update sometime soon - let's hope so.

CP - I'm sure you are almost, if not, fully recovered and I hope that the Glenmorangle hits the right spot.

June 30 sees the half year and I'm hopeful of a trading update in the weeks that follow especially one that would benefit all holders.

Having just got out of hospital after being in there for 2 weeks, then I have seen that they have started doing quite a few operations again. So hopefully TRX are experiencing demand for their products picking up now, especially over in the USA, and hope we get some news soon.

On the anticipation of our thoughts being right, and news is not too far away, I am topping up here today. Not only that, I have just treated myself to a very expensive Glenmorangie single malt (47.3%) to celebrate the forthcoming 'turn around' - fingers crossed then guys.

I'm waiting patiently for this share to gather pace but, at the back of my mind, I get the feeling it will not break out until COVID is well and truly on it's way out. It might be a residue at the mo but there seems to be a lingering uncertainty that took it down, among other reasons, in the first place.

There is one very good reason to take down the share price Doing so will flush out weak holders and transfer their shares to larger players. Notice the low volume on down days. There's no supply in the market. This time next year we'll be trading at 5 x the current market cap in my opinion.

Charts are supporting TRX with Higher Highs Lower Lows. As news flow we will get the next high and a Third High which will result in a Breakout. So now is the last chance to get in at this low. Hold onto tour seats and get ready for the Blast Off!!

TRX breaking news is expected this week or next as Qtr 2 end nears. Maybe transformative for TRX. We will see a jump above 1p as markets realise TRX have a great future. The current valuation is very cheap and worth a TopUp in my view. AGM was positive as we head into a very bright future with strong products and deals in the pipeline.
