"Further to press speculation in relation to a possible offer by Daisy for Maintel Holdings plc ("Maintel"), Daisy confirms that it does not intend to make an offer for Maintel."

it would be a strange thing for Mark Kleinman to make up!!! It appears that they have made a non-binding offer at 450p but this was not entertained by Maintel.

ASKing 280p - the lowest on show - from memory there's quite high tp for MAI ... must check on that again.

Have a read through the last few months comments to get a feel of the business and what has happened.

Now on to a new topic that is a very nice Director buy today and should underpin the current price level.

Also been in that position as well Fund. If you research a stock and appreciate that on fundamental terms it is very undervalued then buy it especially with a stock like MAI whose share are held closely and therefore moves very quickly.

In real terms the current spread is as good as you will normally get it and market is asking for the full price so we know there is demand.

Nice to see that the news is now being absorbed and the share price is reacting accordingly. A big takeaway here is the news on customer adoption of Maintels Cloud based offering. This will certainly be a big driver.

looks like the CEO has paid for the Azzurri acquisition and the general lack of progress at the company.
