14/1/2022 14:09 | TBH, I am thinking my TNT holdings in my SIPP will smash my total SIPP value through the Lifetime Allowance of £1,073,100 after which I understand any excess is automatically taxed at 55%. Experts says draw down total 25% of holding reduce the size of the pot to maximise tax fee income. Still think I could go well over the total anyway so I guess that means 55% tax applies on everything over £1,073,100 once that threshold is crossed. Bit of a conundrum which has got me very unsure what to do as I can't sell all my TNT but then I can't avoid busting the SIPP allowance so the tax man will screw me..... any views welcome but I guess I will need chat to an IFA? | intoodeep

14/1/2022 11:43 | TNT, the next Checkout.com??? Checkout.com mostly flew under the radar until 2019, when it tapped external investors for the first time to raise a $230 million Series A round. That deal — reportedly agreed over “handshakes | intoodeep

14/1/2022 11:04 | MMs are frightened of getting caught short if the full $10m tranche is filled at 505p as the gap between the share price and subscription price would reduce. Not sure of your logic behind pricing a second investment round at the same price as the first. To show progress the price of the second tranche would, in a perfect world be higher, because progress would have been made on the AI system and therefore the risks would have reduced. The whole point of investing in the first round is the higher potential risk reward ratio. Not handing the company funds so that the next round of investors can benefit from progress at the same subscription price. | alloa2003
14/1/2022 10:50 | Having read up KNIGEL I thought the co would like to do the second stage if funding on the same terms,as the first.Easier to get it,away I guess? | billthebank
14/1/2022 10:49 | Someone mentioned very early in this thread, the deal and structure has a similar feel to AAA in early days. I held early on, they're right. | smackeraim
14/1/2022 10:32 | Probably not - but it might effect the second tranche due Q2/Q3 as the company wants each tranche to be at a higher price than the previous one .. happy to sit and wait for the continued move upwards | knigel
14/1/2022 10:14 | So you feel that the share price has to rise or the placing will fail? | billthebank

Further announcements will be made at the appropriate time and the Funding Road is expected to close before the end of the Company's financial year end." | smackeraim
14/1/2022 09:58 | What do you mean alloa? | billthebank
14/1/2022 09:56 | Think the MMs are scared that the next subscription update could drop any time. I would expect an update when they hit $5m and $10m which were the two figures mentioned in relation to the first tranche. | alloa2003

14/1/2022 09:42 | Whereas some of us filled our boots when this was 50p with an MCAP of just £2m.....ho hum...just saying..... intoodeep12 Aug '21 - 12:33 - 9 of 879 Edit Interesting buys today that follow on from last week's 11,000 shares buy. Looks like people are slowly taking positions here. MMs quick to mark the shares up on the back of today's buying of what looks like @10,000 (@£5k) shares. It really does not take very much to move these. Still valued @£2m MCAP. | intoodeep
14/1/2022 09:40 | And there speaks someone who could have bought these at 50p but refused to do so. Just saying Dave....... dave454513 Aug '21 - 10:30 - 16 of 878 UK pi's are the most generous people in the world. While the big boys pay a fraction for their stock they pay 5-10 times the price. There's no way on earth I'd pay 50-55p when Tintra are converting their 10p stock and diluting the stock but a couple have | intoodeep |
