27/2/2006 12:58 | Building very nicely... 33p bid Great stuff! | scotswhaehae
26/2/2006 13:28 | Hi all. I am becoming increasingly concerned about the pithy one! Is there any truth in the rumour that he was seen in Kent trying to get money to cover his short on TIN? I hope not! | mach10
24/2/2006 18:31 | SCOTSWHAEHAE: Sorry I misunderstood you. Must be that accent! ....But thanks anyway! - (PS I am also in NLR.) | sandbank
24/2/2006 16:45 | mr sandbank... my mention was NLR...!!! not NRG !! But BOTH had very good days...lol Good luck all! | scotswhaehae
24/2/2006 16:42 | I guess the mm's have realised now that the ex-TCP shareholders (like me) are not selling. The upward move for the week has been on low volume...as was the downward move prior to the takeover. We still need to see a narrowing of the spread (a penny spread would be nice!)...by shifting the Bid price up. i.e 36p-37p. That would look alot nicer eh folks? | sat69
24/2/2006 15:50 | SCOTS: Just to say thanks for flagging up NRG today. ....and if TIN keeps going as it is we'll soon be paying capital gains on it. Wonder if they call it TINtax? | sandbank
24/2/2006 15:32 | Thx sat! I'd settle for 40p for sure. I guess I better hold on with the calculations although I can tell you Pythian is 18.5 ppp's better off on the bid today alone. What an investor! He could have got in at 28p and now has to pay 36-37p! It's only justice because he wanted all ours cheaper with his dishonest deramp. I think we have seen the last of him though on this thread. I'll scour the other threads to issue a wealth warning in case he has slithered over there, | mach10
24/2/2006 13:48 | Niceprogress...40p plus indeed the next target imho.. Good luck all! | scotswhaehae
24/2/2006 13:33 | Hey Mach, You're gonna need that calculator again today! (Best wait till close to the end of trading to save you too much work!) | sat69
24/2/2006 08:01 | Mach I'm not sure when the next annoncement is taking place but I'm expecting 40p on/before that day - certainly no later than end May 06. | sat69
23/2/2006 17:41 | Well another chunky 60k buy today Sat. I wonder who our 60k man is? Looks like that T trade caused the recent spike. That is the second day we have had such a trade. It's also interesting that someone had to pay full price offer of 35p per share for just 500. Let's hope the spread narrows to make it more liquid. Sat or anyone have you got any targets on this one? I'm not wedded to this share and will exit when my target is reached. Media shares are tricky to call! It's a pity that Pythian has disappeared as I could do with some new snakeskin shoes.I think he knows the game is up and he is off to deramp elsewhere so he can get in cheap. He must be feeling flush with his 78p rise from here. I'd actually love to know his next target for deramping so I can buy before the next 29% rise. | mach10
23/2/2006 07:58 | Thx for that Mach. I'm afraid you're gonna have to do the maths all over again - i'm expecting another nice rise today! ....and still no sign of the Python? | sat69
22/2/2006 17:27 | Sat , glad to be of service to Pythian. The offer price has risen from 27p to 35p today a rise of 29.6% since Pythian began his deramp to get in cheaper. His favoured bid price has risen roughly 19.23% in the same timeframe. He is 78p richer in this same timeframe before dealing costs. Furthermore the offer price alone has increased 800% (8p)on the price Pythian has estimated the shares are worth (1p). At this rate provided he is an e*trade user at £7.95 per trade he will reach break even roughly by April 15. He needs to beware that the recent growth is exceptional and unlikely to be sustained. Actually Sat it was you that said the price would rise from Feb 16 and it has, and then some! All credit to you, you called it right. It is still early doors and though obviously delighted with the upswing, I am still expecting a slow climb. My initial target remains 36p as I said before. | mach10
22/2/2006 16:35 | "Tinopolis Plc, formerly Acquisitor Plc, became a listed company following the acquisition of Agenda Television Limited by Acquisitor in February 2005 and subsequent reverse take over and change of name. Tinopolis Plc is an independent television production company, primarily for the Welsh broadcaster S4C, producing documentaries, drama, entertainment, children's programmes and sport." cant find web site or link to competitor to work out performance? could some one help? Wha tis about recent executive step down? how much shares he has held. Any chance he would off load for peanut or for fun of "revenge"? PS: Consider to be long on for a small amount CRA, PGD, IEN, CHG or this comp? hope to see clearer in few days with with your support. | gb2005
22/2/2006 15:52 | scotswhaehae it look positive on the chart. One is the C&H formation, the other is two major support levels, which supposed to be strong resistance level are pierced through. If we hold above them or if retrace and bounce of them then that would be confirm. For a company of this size 29mil, PE roughly 10, low debt/equity ratio: 5.96 compared to peer. It also has an income TINOPOLIS PLC Last Year Sales: 10.41 Mil. (1 third sof it MC size!!!!!) TINOPOLIS PLC 1-year income: 641,000.00 With reg of the last share allotment the Company will have 88,965,875 ordinary shares in issue. In Jan 06, Managing Director of the Company, purchased 150,000 ordinary shares of 2p each on the Company on 27 January 2006, at a price of 32p per share. 31-Jan-06 Buy Angharad Mair 28.50p 25,000 £7,125.00 31-Jan-06 Buy Angharad Mair 30.00p 13,000 £3,900.00 27-Jan-06 Buy Arwel Rees 32.00p 150,000 £48,000.00 Why does drip so long and lay so low? Is there something other see which I could not? Please tell me. How safe and what is the target price? I only don't like the spread 11%. always so large? What about the product palett and the recent approach? PS: take back the C&H, problem with my yahoo data. Replace with MA200 GOLDEN CROSS with mid term MA50. MACD positive, RSI =60 and rising, stoc still in oversold. All looking quite good. Neg divergence between MACD and Price so alone from that would expect a little price correction up. Let wait if it is true.... | gb2005
22/2/2006 12:43 | but it's a bit off the offer going up too - certainly not used to that | gurp
22/2/2006 12:25 | lol...but the spread was too much for you ...you said... what they 'know' is that these are fundamentally undervalued and deserve a substantial rerating...as I've been saying here for a while... momentum people are now being attracted... take a long look at the chart! good luck all! | scotswhaehae
22/2/2006 12:16 | It's very interesting to see this step formation in the graph. Someone, somewhere knows something. | sandbank
22/2/2006 12:04 | Hey Mach, Remember this... Mach10 - 17 Feb'06 - 22:41 - 91 of 142 Sat ur doing a great job there flying the flag....TIN is now up almost 8% in 2 days.... Pls do another calculation for the Python and tell him how many ppp's we are up now! (I wonder where he's slithered off to?) | sat69
22/2/2006 10:56 | 31p bid actually now... with the price rising...buyers are coming in as usual! great stuff! the start of a very profitable rerating imho! good luck all! | scotswhaehae
22/2/2006 09:04 | ..AND BID NOW UP 3PPP'S TO 30P! | sat69 |
