03/5/2023 16:01 | The only way a share stays up in this market is if it had 2/3 positive updates in a short space of time. Otherwise, spike up on good update, then slowly grind down the next few days | mngf
03/5/2023 11:37 | Such a weird share, marked up in the morning and then lots of sells later during the day to wipe out gains | lennonsalive
03/5/2023 09:28 | That is true rimau1, but they are not growing as fast as TIME, if you look at it from a glass half full scenario. TIME invest heavily in progressing their offering to their clients, a great way to grow organically, they improve what they have and then make it beter again. Even Llliyds have started offering invoice financing but if you are a decent sized business, you need a specilaist that provides a good service as well as the finance, that is what TIME does really well, they listen to their clients and progress their offering allowing them to grow faster. At some point, they will get taken out. | devonlad
03/5/2023 08:28 | Excellent! That would be nice Doobz! | gswredland
03/5/2023 08:13 | I’m a LTH but i doubt we will rerate to 10x. Remember we are cyclical/recession worries would impact invoice finance and probably the biggest point is that speciality finance and finance in general rarely gets a 10x rating. Barc is on 50% p/tbv, the UK banks are on 4-6x earnings and the smaller players such as STB is another good example big in trade finance is on probably 7x IMO 30p would be a great valuation running up to the June TU. | rimau1
03/5/2023 08:12 | I will ramp it then, expecting closer to 5p eps next year, forward pe of 8, 40p, that’s my target. Right place, right time, keep on beating their own beats! | devonlad
03/5/2023 08:07 | It's ludicrous as if this was some ramped, pump and dump nothing company it would be well over 30 by now | lennonsalive
03/5/2023 07:51 | Gs - over 30p by today I reckon Excellent update today. | doobz
03/5/2023 07:44 | Excellent, another beat and momentum continuing. Looks like we're on a PE of circa 7 at the current price! | hastings
03/5/2023 07:04 | Nice! 3 May 2023 Time Finance plc ("Time Finance", the "Group" or the "Company") Trading Update and Notice of Final Results Full-year results expected to be further ahead of current market expectations Time Finance plc, the AIM listed independent specialist finance provider, is pleased to announce that trading for the full financial year to 31 May 2023 ("FY23") is expected to be ahead of the latest market expectations(1) as announced in its trading update of 8 March 2023. 28/4/2023 18:39 | Yes. Over 30 by year end hopefully | gswredland
28/4/2023 16:03 | Reading about Barclays in The Times... "Barclays profits hit 12-year high after surge in interest rates" Says that lenders are being boosted by rate rises being pushed through by the Bank of England. This is enabling commercial lenders to increase their net interest margins. If so, has to be good for TIME too. | someuwin
28/4/2023 15:26 | Ah ok thanks Well I look forward to the update - they have been consistently good | gswredland
28/4/2023 14:01 | To be fair that quote came from the 8 March update. I only posted it to give an idea of next expected news flow | someuwin
28/4/2023 13:31 | Don't understand why they cannot give a precise date. Thanks someuwin | gswredland
28/4/2023 08:54 | "The Group will provide an update on trading for the full year to 31 May 2023 in late June 2023." | someuwin
24/4/2023 17:08 | Phil Chesham (pictured), Managing Director of Invoice Finance at Time Finance, commented: “We are seeing a real uplift in businesses that come to us for invoice finance, and this is definitely a trend we expect to see continue throughout 2023. At face value, this is an indicator of the cashflow challenges that businesses are experiencing, but looking at this more positively, we can take this as a sign that more businesses are discovering the real value of invoice finance. So they are growing strongly on top of errrrr growing strongly, nice, thanks someuwin, great find! | devonlad
24/4/2023 16:11 | "New data from Time Finance has shown the growing popularity of invoice finance amongst the B2B community, with demand predicted to rise throughout the year as SMEs set out to stabilise their finances..." | someuwin
24/4/2023 15:02 | Haven't seen it tipped anywhere, nobody has mentioned it. If it is someone building a stake, watch out for the large blocks. 54% privately held though, I just think it is pretty damned cheap at these levels anyway, my tp this year is 40p. | devonlad
24/4/2023 14:59 | Yes...come on TIME! | gswredland
24/4/2023 14:32 | Could have been, lets hope something is brewing or we can carry on up to the 30's now | doobz
24/4/2023 14:13 | Maybe tip sheet? | lennonsalive
24/4/2023 13:39 | She's alive... any ideas what's woken her up? I topped up purely by chance the other day as had some spare cash | doobz
24/4/2023 11:49 | I agree someuwin, reallly like this company, lowly valued, growing well in a sector in demand and capitalising on the failure of the major financial institutions to serve small businesses well. I have been adding and now have a decent pot of these, takeover or not, I think they are very undervalued at this level and see a current value of 40p but that may increase if they provide further decent growth figures. Very illiquid though and it has taken time to buy a decent amount. | devonlad
24/4/2023 11:43 | Very vulnerable to a takeover at this low valuation imo. | someuwin |
