The cost of money is much higher at the moment and for the foreseeable future.

Just have to keep waiting, till the big seller keeping a lid on prices is gone.Or some M&A. It's got to be an interesting target IMO for a strategic buyer looking to get into this space. At these valuations almost getting the business for free, given the discount to NTAV.

Still a big seller there to keep prices down. Been this way for a while now. Wonder when they will be done selling.As a small cap, the buying interest only comes in waves after Results or TU. So this looks like maybe running out of steam if the seller persists... Have to wait till next Results or TU to find the next leg up.However, very clear from chart that there is momentum upwards, albeit slow. One to just buy and file away, will be usefully higher in a years time.

Bought more this morning.

1. I feel Time is growing well and its not reflected in the price. Managemnt optimistic. The loan book has a momentum of its own. As the eceomeny recovers Time products will be needed and I dont see the Banks as competition. Financially all stacks up so little risk IMHO.
2. At some point UK small caps will start to motor, no idea when, but Im keen to "buy when no wants to buy" as long as its good quality.

Maybe a large delayed trade pulled the bid back down from 30p.
