It seems a tidler, the question is there enough value for Time, given the management time you'd have to spend on it.

Personaly I'd prefer if they kept the cash and worked on organic growth.

Is PCF a direct competitor to Time? Looks like they're in trouble, have stopped lending now. And looking for strategic options. Maybe Time to buy PCF?

It is very good news. Wellesley/cloverleaf were a seller, just a matter of time, as it was in administration.Would be interesting to see who's the new top shareholder.
