It's almost like the MMs don't want this to move. Why drop the bid from 18.7 to 18p leaving a 7.7% spread?! No trades at all coming through now. Something has to change

It seems a tidler, the question is there enough value for Time, given the management time you'd have to spend on it.

Personaly I'd prefer if they kept the cash and worked on organic growth.

Is PCF a direct competitor to Time? Looks like they're in trouble, have stopped lending now. And looking for strategic options. Maybe Time to buy PCF?
