As the tumble dyer is quite old I have decided to buy a new heater element for it.
The existing one has all the heater coil sections sagging quite a bit and tired looking..so for safety and reliability I am going to replace it. Just ordered one.

A has been confusing me, I go quiet she gets all friendly, I say something nice and she goes quiet .. Has anyone written a book on how womens minds work, if so I will order a copy

The tumble dryer really annoys me as can hear it from my desk very clearly so the quieter it is the better. It is nice and quiet now...again, but for how long.

I'm not worried if my tumbler is noisy as its in the garage which is where the washing machine is going shortly as I'm ordering a dishwasher having had enough of washing up, I've had enough!

Oh darn, I have just remembered something I need to do on rear panel of the dryer. I noticed two holes did not have self tapper screws, indeed never have had and the panel can vibrate there and make a noise. I will pull it out again and add a couple of screws to the two holes.

What a load of fluff you write rovi. Just joking but thought it a good pun in response to your marvellous rant after mentioning tumble driers. I can relate to a lot of it if not all.

I have de fluffed all of the drier, it was not nearly as bad as I thought it would be, but , yes, I do it as a fire precaution. I also lubricated the belt jockey wheels (idler wheels or whatever you want to call them) and runs very quiet again.
So it has all had a nice service and all is good again.

I shall probably need my tumble drier as it looks like its our turn for rain on Wednesday, yes they still get fluffed up despite the filter, you have embarrassed me into having a look and it's pretty fluffy in there

Good Morning.
Still overcast and a bit damp but we shall see what the day brings.

Today I might have a go at the tumble drier, de fluff it all inside and lubricate the belt idler pulleys which are getting a bit noisy at times. Probably needs new ones but we shall see.
