Nah! she is not in trouble as such. I think it is just a clash of personalities and different expectations for todays appointment. She is a nice enough person and would have no problems getting along with her as a person ... just as a dentist she really did my head in.

Elegant Ellie (Practice owner) has just phoned me and it is all sorted...seeing the Good Mary on Friday... much better than having to wait until November to get treatment.

Oh no that does not sound good, Claire must know you go to see a Dentist to have your teeth sorted, not for a lecture, still at least you have a dentist, mine died recently and there are two dentists here but neither are taking NHS patients

I am back from the Dentist. Afraid it did not go well. A wasted bloody appointment and she spent the time asking questions and lecturing me. I have come home shell shocked and have just phoned the practice to ask if I can be put back with the Good Mary and to make my feelings known. Claire had no 'bedside' manner what so ever.

I am sure she will. I have never actually met her yet but heard a lot about her.
I cannot replace the repertoire I had with the LL though and I should not try to.
Anyway, I better phone the practice and tell them I have a big filling needing done.

Just had a shower and cleaned my teeth and a filling fell out.
Not one of the LL's I will add but much older. Have an appointment tomorrow with the Cool Claire to get a crown started...looks like she will be busy in tomorrows appointment.

Today's repair is the draught excluder around the front door which has deteriorated. Have ordered some new V sealing strip. So not so much a repair today but preparation.
Has lasted more than 30 years so going to replace with same.

Local garage, used him for years.I did get a new wheel bearing put on in late August, along with new number plate light fittings.Fingers crossed that after that bill, it would pass, and it did :)

His brothers garage and his sister done the test and five year old garage dog pawed over the results and barked out no advisories.
