There are other shares out there that will recoup your losses but dont do anything in a hurry. Take some time off to reflect and spend time with family ( those that are lucky enough). I was in hospital for over a month and i was lucky enough to have people that i only used to email and text there to support me and even come to see me. Still recovering but strong enough now to get on the road to full recovery.

Just wanna wish everyone good luck here. Its very tough out there. Only people that make real money are those in the know, the rest of us just hope for the best. I been through this, i am lucky to still be alive. Health is more important then money. You might think its the end of the world when you take such a big hit but trust me its not. Those of you that are young and still working don't worry, you will learn from your mistakes and will become better investors. Its not easy trying to get rich quick and its only those in the know that make it big. Take some time to reflect and i know it will hurt really badly for few weeks but just remember your health and mental well being is important.

This is sad - slightly affected as we have booked another flight for next weekend as not worth the risk of the Thomas Cook booking not existing.
However, the company should not be putting out these communications as they may be untrue or inside information.

They need all the aircraft on the ground (uk part of the airline at least) to go into administration. Long haul aircraft departing in next few hours back to uk are usually all back at base by mid morning. The short haul stuff due out early tomorrow, I would expect to see delayed departures initially followed by cancellations, or just unexplained cancellations when people try and check in. Then the plug gets pulled.

I have finally read the truth that the 200m isn't to save them it's to see them through the winter - then it will just start again.Credit card companies have also apparently withheld 50m to repay customers as Thomas Cook were asking for them to release it (not much chance of that)
