Kumala, nice to see you on here this morning. L2 is showing sellers pushing for more, but they are being taken up by hungry buyers. What do you think, Turks/ Russians buying more, they could easily add another 3 or 4% today? Need to to an RNS today ?

Once, I have lost like you but only on paper. Provided this BOS does not go bust, I am holding until doomsday even if it takes a generation to cover my loss and I will have my day with the corrupt BOD.

Based on this valuation the shareholders are expecting 96% dilution that’s current price of around 110 million added to the 2.7bn,if it’s 95% expect a 20% rise, if its 99% expect a 75% fall if its 99.9% buy plenty of toilet roll

Considerable dilution to come from the RNS

But the market for now does not seem to have listened

What is playing out here is now a sign of the times

Going to happen more and more

The weaker companies with debt and operational/other issues are being targeted and problems being 'found out' and aired / broadcast via the web and social media in such a way that share prices fall ever faster and companies go into administration quicker than they ever did even 3 or 4 years ago.

Never has RISK been more an important factor in holding a share.

Outside the FTSE 350, shares of travel company Thomas Cook slumped after it said it is in talks with its creditors about a further £150m cash injection, on top of the £750m it is negotiating with Chinese shareholder Fosun. The company said existing shareholders are expected to be "significantly" diluted as part of the recapitalisation, which it expects to implement in early October.

sp already diluted since the 12th July ' significant dilution ' comment, that comment is attached to every rns now regardless of the prevailing sp, be it 10p 5p, 2p,!

Very good chance still to get out though.
It wont be there for ever.

Still a nice shorting opportunity too.

The BOD are being very helpful in restating what to most is obvious.

You miss the point .. This is directed in as childish a way to those who have continually misled misguided in short conned those with a glimmer of hope when there was none .. To those who have lost like me .. Let this be a painful but salient lesson ... IGNORE regular RAMPERS...

Existing shareholders are therefore expected to be significantly diluted as part of the recapitalisation, although they may be given the opportunity to participate in the recapitalisation on terms to be agreed between among others, the Company, Fosun, and the converting financial creditors. The Group expects to implement the recapitalisation in early October 2019.

Nigel 50pc of bondholders is enough to form a quorum and get a deal done. You normally need a 33pc stake to block. Having 50pc tied up is likely enough since they probably need 66pc of holders at a meeting which they probably had.

Are you certain of this log?

My understanding was that terms are different from bond to bond.
