Thg Takeover Rumours (THG)

I’ve given up rescuing my small holding in here. 50k down, but could have been worse as had 10 times that invested at one point, and did ok selling that off. THG was going to pay for one of my holidays but the complete incompetence of Matthew Moulding has taken care of that. Luckily I did well with Netflix, Nvidia and Meta that this doesn’t matter. The annoying thing is is THG is probably the cheapest and most likely takeover target on the market right now, but slapped arse Moulding won’t entertain it because he is a crook on an agenda to get the company cheap for himself so he can two finger the city. The only thing is he is doing is two fingering PI and if he does do what we all think he will do he will probably have a target on his back . Just look at that French CEO in the news 6 months ago.

I’m telling ya, things will change remarkably for this company once Ingenuity is out the picture and it is listed on the LSE premium. Even if the results are flat or not great it will fly purely because the stock becomes easier to value, more clarity on its pigeon hole and also more profit. There are so many takeover rumours aroundAbout remain co parts that I wouldn’t stay short or carry over night. Not this late in the day. Last 3 days I saw coming and made some myself on the drop. But that’s it I’m out, I’m not greedy and don’t want my hands burnt by the mould.

If you waited this long and not bothered take the punt. It may do well and realist at a massively inflated IPO like before. If not the quicker returns will be in remain co. They are the profitable parts and rumours of a split between these two are circulating. Well, they won’t re list ingenuity for a while, at least not until it is breaking even , so I’m personally going to keep holding remain co on the basis of actual profit is made and the likelihood of a takeover for each part being quite substantial.

I suspect a few days delay due to professional advisors taking longer than expected on the circular...MM throws strop , off on holiday (again) followed by the demerger to realise value. A takeover at a pittance wont happen as MM, despite his multiple failings does like to do the best for those he has showered shares on.

Have you ever thought it was you that is the mug for allegedly shorting a growth stock with a wealthy billionaire founder at the helm on mission to destroy the city hedge funds. This is a massive buy, even if the rumours are not true it’s been sold off on fear right now and massively under valued. Rumours are My Protein is ………Just look at all the money they must be making for the current group with impact week. That’s great for them it’s a group. An ipo, takeover or similar allows MP to start again and THG benefit from the profit. It’s a buy right now as the consensus is results and announcement possibly tomorrow.
