CURY launched 75 millions share buy back programs to bring shareholders value on table, all those purchases taken of around 100 millions shares out of market instead for treasury. THG needs some sort of plans like that

The MM,s are not making any money at these volumes. This is the lowest volume ever in my view, especially for a Monday morning. They are going to have to move this price sharply soon in order to start getting volume again. At this rate today we will trade 2m shares or less lol.

I would assume it was the shape not the price offered from any deal that was the obstacle?I further assume that's why he didn't want to offer them access to the books (due diligence). If they then increased their offer price he would be under further pressure to accept the deal?That's the reason the market want's him to relinquish his Golden Share - Exactly to avoid what happened.That's why the market is marking their valuation down so harshly now.

Some very good posts by you. I am really glad that Matt holds the Golden Share.
You never know what these others would have done to the Co. I am an investor here not a trader. September ain't far now.
I hate the bleating by some on here. If you can't handle the heat then you should not be in the kitchen in the first place !!

Nothing here will make any difference to anything price wise. Well if you didn’t know the answer as to what Whey protein price is the most relevant to THG better to just say that. To state that people are posting misleading information but when asked to back up your thoughts you clam up and say “your not going into that sink hole” is a bit of a cop out Rock8/BOIX.

So what is your response to this? As you have said LSE are talking nonsense it would be good to get to the facts. For the record I have not been able to determine what is accurate from considerable research.

Só im open to a genuine debate. I agree that Thg use whey concentrate which I have determined by watching their video online which shows the packets labelled as such. However it’s highly likely they do source it from eu.

I noticed the unused thread on a d v f n is now occupied, that's fine and will attempt to answer a question here as (most read both boards).

First of all THG use several different types of whey protein in various products, sometimes up to three for dedicated protein offerings.

To get an accurate picture you would have to look at the following spot prices;

- Whey protein isolate
- Whey protein concentrate
- Hydrolysed whey protein

Given we don't know the exact quantities for each type it would be difficult to be exact, therefore using the European market for prices is the most reliable broad brush approach, they are after all interlinked in some-whey.
