It’s a shame it doesn’t include the strategic review.
2021 is largely known and 2022 trading and outlook won’t be good for obvious reasons.

NOTICE OF FULL YEAR RESULTS AND Q1 TRADING UPDATE

THG PLC ("THG" or the "Group"), the proprietary technology platform specialising in taking brands direct to consumers ("D2C") globally, will publish its results for the year ended 31 December 2021, alongside its trading statement for the first quarter of 2022, on 21 April 2022.

The THG management team will be hosting a conference call and webcast for analysts and investors on 21 April 2022 at 09:00 BST.

A 400p PE offer is very doable in a month or two.
This share price could easily v quick climb to say 225p, where it was over xmas, on good results.
Then an offer at say 80-90% premium on that price flushed out in the following weeks.
It is very possible, but I would prefer organic growth back to float price, and beyond.

I am sick of watching US big PE firms hovering up cheap British good businesses, then selling them on and taking all the big bucks, those bucks should be retained by the UK shareholders.

PE would buy this in an INSTANT for 400p. They wanted to buy it for this valuation 4 (FOUR) Years ago!!!! It was a fraction of the business then!!! A company is not it's share price, is completely true when it comes to THG!

Doesn't matter what the current price is, 90%+ is held by BOD/Institutions, cant just rock up and buy it. They all paid £5+ at IPO, Softbank later paid £6 I think only last year, and all IPO targets have been smashed. Their time horizons are a 'tiny' bit longer than us lowly PI's lol.

This will rocket up 'very soon'. And most will be wondering, should have, would have, could have...

Don't be a shorter at this time...Current mcap close to 1bn with 500m in cash so pretty much all of the business for 500m? Wtf you've been drinking?

Why on earth would someone pay 400p for this with the price under a quid. Pie in the sky thinking I'm afraid. The corporate governance concerns and risks of further skeletons in the closet combined with a dark backdrop for retail sales make this extremely unlikely IMO

This could easily catapult extremely quickly. Personally I feel the shorters have had their fun and I am sure there are easier pickings out there? Fingers crossed but to me sub 100 is a great entry point

Just look at the last 12 month's chart, share price down from 704p to 95p, and all that whilst sales up 30%+ and up 90%+ over 2 years.
Plain nuts, but hey.

Different pattern now on volumes almost half what they were 2 days ago. Could push through £1 prior to Announcements. The shorts hand looking seriously compromised

I don't know if I would be happy or sad to hear an offer come in and accepted quickly at a knockdown eg 400p from a US Private Equity firm?
Imagine they would them take it private, build it up and then re-float it for tens of billions on NASDAQ.

Oh yeah we already know from various sources there are atleast 3 US Private Equity groups looking at THG back in Feb, 2 months and not heard a peep...
