Watching and waiting to see some sign of a credible business plan before deciding whether to pick up a few. Agree that if it does turn around the climb might be interesting but I still think equally likely their update tomorrow will disappoint

Exactly. People compare it to ASOS and Boohoo but the business is completely different

THG has 3 revenue streams, they make their own products, smaller scale to say l'oreal - see their share price over past 12 months.
They also sell other makers products.
They also help makers sell direct, Ingenuity, that is growing nicely and is a very good product, that has exponential value, hence softbank got involved.
We are where we are (share price wise) because the city didn't like MMs approach, so that is being refined to placate the city.
All my view of course, and time will tell, but am happy to hold for the medium term here.

Well isn't it obvious why. The environment has changed since those highs were set. Revenue growth is not enough if investors cannot see a path to profitability with inflation running rampant and a recession incoming

Have been here more than a couple of weeks, not ramping, just pointing out the under pricing :)

Just pointing out that I see no reason why the share price can't go back to where it was last year.
Not setting new highs, just returning to previous levels, as revenue and growth well in double digit increases.

This article a few years ago shows a near £4bn price tag for takeover or investors back then (offers rejected) and that's with revenue of less than a quarter of the current level. (£736m vs £2.2bn).
I think it should be double that £4bn, so today an £8bn price would give a share price of over 700p. (Which is where it was last year).

"The Hut Grou‎p, the online beauty retailer which is one of Britain's fastest-growing technology companies, has rejected a string of investment and takeover offers valuing it at nearly £4bn."

So L'Oreal with a super confident trading statement.

"Every business division and geographic region posted growth in the quarter, with Europe sales increasing by 16% to EUR2.85 billion and North Asia sales rising 9.4%. This included double-digit growth in mainland China despite headwinds from strict lockdowns in several cities in March, L'Oreal said.

Growth was unaffected by inflation, which had no impact on consumer purchasing trends, the company said."

Last week Warpaint London PLC, effectively said a similar thing! Huge growth, and no impact from inflationary pressures.

Will THG actually exceed/surpass initial targets?
