The pumpers sensei and sentiment rule did their little pump-and-dump and vanished.

Not sure there was any pumping and dumping from either of them really. From what I can gather they are holders from much higher prices so they were frustrated with the huge fall in price and anyone posting anything but bullish predictions for THG.

KKR and Balderton made a mint on this, but ultimately it was the underwriters and Moulding who determined the price. MM had to list because KKR principally wanted out, and he was more than happy to take the bung. But quite truthfully someone should be held to account here, as it looks like a set-up, and investors like Sofina, a family office based in Belgium, is getting raped financially.

Then there are the ones that cling on while the stock wipes out 80% of their money...nursing the loses. The Warren Buffet quote of "If you liked it at 10 you should love it at 5" applies to value stocks. This is a growth stock. There's another quote, forget who said it - "Losers average losers". If you invested at IPO price of 500, will you ever get your money back? Hard to say right now. It's also hard to say if this won't go through £1 before recovering. It's a mess and this is putting it lightly. And it's largely MM fault yet his ego and his arrogance doesn't let him admit this even to himself. He blames everyone but himself yet he's been enormously rewarded since IPO, both via his dodgy deals, equity and salary - his salary went up 79% last year, his bonuses were up 130%. And this is on an already high salary.

Pretty shocking . But it's all about psychology today. Imagine it's being pushed down again to scare off people who came in for the bounce - so hopefully next week things will be more stable as they collect their shares and traders move on
