12/1/2022 07:38 | From lse BB in the IPO launch target set MM stated by 2022 THG would be profitable. What if like most of the targets set it's going to happen a lot sooner and by summer? MM is likely to give up the golden share a year sooner also (Hopefully I'm the next announcement). Then with a new chairman and subsequently a listing on current MC on the FTSE250 you now have a really attractive business structure which is in profit. For me I think MM giving up the golden share and THG making profit sooner than expected should be the catalyst to propel the share price But let's see...... | ![]() leoneobull
12/1/2022 07:31 | Let the results on 18th do the talking ...what is bizarre is that with so many press articles about shorts , you would think THG is heavily shorted.....in fact, it isn't at least the >0.5% players | ![]() leoneobull
11/1/2022 23:46 | I t’s sad when this is becoming personal in the press and articles about THG referring to Enron, HBOS and Wirecard just don’t project the image THG desire / need | ![]() merrick1965
11/1/2022 23:39 | It's not an efficient use of capital for growth companies to execute buy backs. They deploy capital to grow. That's how they best create shareholder value. Amazon. No buy backs, no dividend. All capital reinvested in infrastructure for growth. | ![]() jimmyd1970
11/1/2022 23:23 | Is it possible for individual investors to submit questions on these calls? I'd really like to ask why on the one hand MM claims THG is undervalued and on the other he does nothing to take advantage in the interest of investors by purchasing back stock. The only thing MM has taken advantage of is his investors - us. | ![]() bldm
11/1/2022 22:55 | Q4 Trading update 18th Jan Followed by Analyst and investor webcast at 8.30 am Audio webcast: hxxps://brrmedia.new This was last years link but let me register Conference call: Please note questions will only be taken via the conference phone, and not the audio webcast. 11/1/2022 22:16 | Presumably he would use the mountain of cash if he knew he could make a good return on the TU? Perhaps that also indicates something about the takeover price? | ![]() f56

11/1/2022 21:50 | Merrick - exactly. Rats flee the ship screaming it's not sinking. I've been saying this for months now - if MM thinks the stock is undervalued, he can buy more personally or issue a buyback program. In the real world, no major buys from insiders have happened and no buyback from THG despite sitting on a mountain of cash and real interest rates being very negative. | ![]() bldm

11/1/2022 20:41 | confidence Directors Buys Moulding last deal sold 350,000 @ 666.75 bought Diddly back Thorne sells £1.4 million at 5.87 and buys £60,000 worth back at 1.96 Let’s all buy because Marmite Moulding believes shorters have manipulated the share (which they have) and made so cheap they are a bargain - so how many has he bought at this price. Anyway good luck - I’ll review my position after update next week | ![]() merrick1965

11/1/2022 13:57 | Thanks for your insight merrick1965. I genuinely hope that as supply chain issues get resolved and central banks policies become more clear, this will give a lift to THG. This could take a while though. In the meantime, hoping for at least in-line with expectations TU. And for them to keep smashing the numbers. The SoftBank situation has been worrying me for a while. Not sure what's going to happen there. I tens to think they'll let the option expire. If they renegotiate, it would be at much lower price. Either way, I don't like it. If it expires, it's probably somewhat priced in, but won't be pleasant. I agree - that acquisition looks overpriced even using their numbers. The only thing that might save face is the interest rate and inflation environment but that deal must have been in the oven before this. | ![]() bldm |
