4vik there are other sayings that go completely against what you said. "Don't fight the fed" "the trend is your friend". The trend on this one is DOWN and fed is tightening and there is inflation and MM has been involved in dodgy dealings and the company is as unclear as it can be on its future.

The only salvation is that it is not alone in its demise - a lot of stocks are down 50-60%. Only problem is, it tanked 80% well before the current growth sell off.

I'm out.
Sold all of the THG I bought the week before last.
I must admit I feel much better now as it's no fun holding a falling share.
I'll take the loss and move on - maybe try again in the future if it ever shows any sustained strength.

Just last week the propinv was comparing this to Tesla. Yeah, Matt Moulding is similar to Elon Musk 😂😂😂. A man who has PayPal, Tesla, SpaceX, the boring company on his résumé and paid more in personal tax than the entire market cap of THG. Cause you can compare PayPal and Tesla and spacex with THG - everyone knows about THG, who's heard about the others.

It's not the first time a business was hyped up and promoted to 3-4 times it's value at IPO. Promoters will run out of ideas long after you've run out of money. Just hard to tell how much was overvaluation and how much is investors running away from the uncertainty that THG currently is. Like I said, we can't tell in 12-18 months what THG will be. Deeply regret investing but don't want to crystallise losses here. A victim of the sunk cost fallacy lol

Corporate governance needs addressing soon, where are their advisors, brokers feeding back market sentiment?

The weekend story was frankly embarrassing but since three publications picked up on it hard to ignore, where are these stories coming from ?
