12/1/2024 14:19 | Paddy, please try not to hurt your pride too much hey by making those 'Unnecessary' comments! | ![]() one_frankel
12/1/2024 13:35 | ...Because the gamblers of SoftBank got played by the salesman tactics of the Mould and he was given a billion and so the tramp went on a wild spending spree without having any clear foresight for the future! ...And when a company grows too quickly in a very short space of time, I'm sure you know by now what ultimately transpires! | ![]() one_frankel
12/1/2024 13:23 | If so, how did he get to the position we today and with THG being the size it is ? You saying the wool has been pulled over thousands of eyes year after year. Come off it haha | ![]() griffo221
12/1/2024 13:08 | That's the overriding problem Bobby because every single entity of the tripe is a heavy discounter so how can it ever increase shareholder value, it just can't my dear friend and I assure you with Ingenuity and all those household names it has are paying pennies in the pound for THGs fully integrated E-Commerce solution! ...And none of us know what the finer details to any of those bids or even whether they were genuine just like those bids from his inner circle which ultimately came to nothing except to relieve the share price after seeing such an epic demise...But you should really know by now that the man at the helm is a whole lot of bluster with very little substance unfortunately! | ![]() one_frankel
12/1/2024 12:41 | 4 hours for the shorts to close, the burning is starting. There ain't a shorter on the planet running this to results day. Not with 25% of the so in a week already occurred. Squeeeeeezeeeee will and is gonna happen this afternoon. | dyslexicsvoices
12/1/2024 12:40 | Bob, Frankie doesn’t have a position, yet posts about how bad it is constantly. Ummmmm | ![]() disco1984
12/1/2024 12:37 | Frankie, Nutrition is already a heavy discounter, has been for years :) And has had 3 bids, or more, rejected so it must be doing something right if comps keep showing an interest. | ![]() billionarebob
12/1/2024 12:21 | THGs in a rather precarious situation, I kid you not and it really wouldn't be surprising to see it as a heavy discounter like poundland in future just so it can retain onto its revenue! | ![]() one_frankel
12/1/2024 12:11 | Noone knows for sure, really Bobby! ...Were you not able to interpret their interims for the last two years to see that its growth is all but dead and the only reason it retains its phenomenal 80% repeat rate is due to the heavy incentivising except that doesn't fill the coffers and if they remove all their offers, watch revenue as it will drop by a country mile but you already know this right...Surely! | ![]() one_frankel
12/1/2024 11:53 | Honestly, cant see this in the 40s in April, but I will still be here, so lets wait and see. Wouldn't a 40s share price put the MC close to the cash at hand - maybe we could put an ADVFN forum group offer in, use their cash to finance it, and make Frankie CEO. At least he would be happy to get back in at the price he got out at. And his kids will be back in private schools Good luck one and all :) | ![]() billionarebob
12/1/2024 11:51 | Last day for you brave little short soldiers to close your shorts. I have given you 4 days warning so don't cry or whinge when you lose all your money ? Also don't throw accusations of insider trading, I'm dyslexic after all? ? | dyslexicsvoices
12/1/2024 11:26 | I see the drop in Nutrition in Q3 (hence the -4%/-2% constant currency decline, but see recovery in Q4 vs Q4 22, based on the organic and paid traffic in below link: hxxps://www.semrush. Take on board similarweb is showing differently. success for me is Nutrition flat on constant currency, beauty +4%, ingenuity reoccruing revenue continuing its increase. ebitda 120-135m FCF achieved | ![]() srs8
12/1/2024 11:23 | Bob, If you are right I will be delighted for you. My opinions are what I believe. I don’t shy away from the truth as I see it. I stand by my comments. Let’s see by end of April who is correct. | ![]() havinthelasttoast
12/1/2024 10:59 | I’m not that’s why I am in cash. I didn’t expect nutrition to tank! That was the only thing keeping share price up and don’t be blinded by “we beat adjusted ebitda “ nonsense. The only numbers that will matter is sales because the whole recovery was based on cutting costs and then starting to grow again because Covid comparable were hard. They can’t use that excuse anymore. Disco Dave, have you assessed consensus by analysts ? They are forecasting good revenue growth for 2024 ! This will result in massive downgrades if they need to reassess those estimates. I suggest you visit investor relations page and if you want some broker notes I have most of them, reach out. Whilst FCF and ebitda matter of course, if they are going backwards on nutrition this will be a big problem. Maybe the biosense deal keeps revenue on target but again he will have had to buy growth. This company was meant to be a growth company but it isn’t growing anymore unless he buys revenue. | ![]() havinthelasttoast
12/1/2024 10:54 | Yeah I hear you Bob. I used to do that when I was guessing. Since I stopped guessing I shorted three times and bought back twice after selling all. Beauty is flying but not be enough buddy. Jan is run rating as down on last year and MP is down similar to dec. The business has peaked and is losing more customers than it gains. They are limited by how many come from their online marketing channels. The Apple update and google switch to machine learning ads has resulted in higher CPAs and there is not enough business at an affordable price to make up for the degradation every month . Their offline model doesn’t generate big volume. I actually know what I am talking about with online churn. Matt is trying I give him that but it’s hard to move a needle when your turnover is that big. Ingenuity may still deliver and is a risk for shorters and obv takeover. However the business itself is a real dog, hence why Matt wants to buy more companies as it’s the only way it grows. If this quarter goes how I expect I fully expect us in the 40,s. | ![]() havinthelasttoast
12/1/2024 10:30 | Toansy, you know how I roll :) Big long, that I average down and will continue to hold for the big pay day. And big chunk top slices when the price rises 20 plus points You have to be disciplined to cash in as the temptation is to hold, missed the frigging thing by just 4p last time, but as you know it has served me well in the past on many occasions. The cycles are there we have all seen them. THG is probably the most volatile and crazy share I have ever invested in. But there is money to be made, and that is why we are here, right? Yes, I trade a percentage of my holding, if I didn't then I would still have a very high average and I would be holidaying in Rhyl :) THG isn't going bust, it is a good company, that in my opinion, is very undervalued, the Warpaint update today was just another example. Honestly can't see it going much lower, which is why I am invested. Stay long, keep strong, and top slice that's me :) | ![]() billionarebob

12/1/2024 10:08 | What you mean top slice Bob ? Do you mean sell all that you bought at 67? It’s not really top slicing. It’s just trading which is smart. | ![]() havinthelasttoast
12/1/2024 10:05 | Av bought some more at 68p, ironically just 1p more than the 67p price I last bought at back in September. I cancelled the buy order at 65p as don't think it is going to go that low, might be wrong. Watch it drop to 65p the minute I post this ROFL. New top slice price for these and the ones I bought in September is 87p, lower than the last 94p price (that I missed by just 4p, ouch) The reason the lower top price slice - I need to book some holidays.- Roll on results day. The Warpaint update forced my hand, and IMHO the current THG share price is just to low so I am investing. Good luck one and all Buy On The Dips | ![]() billionarebob
