Surprised there are any leaks unless disgruntled staff are trying to put themselves and their colleagues out of a job. Nothing would surprise me with this company. It’s no wonder KKR wanted out at the earliest opportunity, sounds like all the figures pre-IPO were just smoke and mirrors!

It’s a mish mash conglomerate of companies that have been bought and grown and some overpaid for with an unproven fulfilment capital intensive arm called ingenuity, that sucks money out of its core business which should be very profitable. The ex founder of my protein called it a shell company. Maybe the truth is somewhere in-between.

By any metric of assessing a business and if you wish I can list 10 common ways to assess it fails on every one. The only one that everyone is clinging to is sum of parts. In other words it has failed and needs to be broken up and run by different people. In current structure we will never see a div ever. None of us can be sure how this is going to play out. I will keep trading it though, as there is no more a reliable stock in terms of going down after a big rise


PS. Ever is a strong word. Of course ingenuity could surprise and take off. Or nurturiton might start seeing some success in the USA.

However neither of these things look likely in the short term and it takes a lot to move the needle for a business this size and with this cost base.

Not just here on ADVFN but also on the LSE message board and also on X (formerly TWITTER) using multiple aliases.

Oh yes, it's because you paid silly money for THG shares and you are now so far underwater you need a submarine and breathing apparatus
