British beauty e-commerce company THG, formerly The Hut Group, snapped up Biossance for $20 million, according to documents seen by The Business of Beauty. Biossance was the company’s most lucrative line, making up 48 percent of net sales in the first half of the year.

Simeon, the London Town assistant manager of Sainsbury’s local. Used by 10 different hedge funds to gauge leading insider knowledge, and gain an edge on the market. As close to insider trading at it gets , how can one compete when franky has info like that?

Poor franky knows he is wrong on this one.

This is an excellent buy out of admin, we are not buying the debt or the staff and can integrate all. They had no other business and were trying to grow with huge losses and their backers pulled support. We will do very very nicely. This is a very shrewd move by mad Matt! A bid co had been set up to buy it out and Matt come over the top and trumped them. Oops hehe

Franky is now caveating his doom messages about trading based on a convo he had with a friend in Sainsbury’s hehe. Prob one of the check out boys lol. Only a day or two ago he was saying how bad the update will be and now he is backtracking.

That 40p sale was inspired Frankel. Lovya x

On a positive note, I had an interesting conversation with a manager at my Sainsbury's local who informed me that they're actually doing pretty well in not only necessity type food items but luxury too or for those that need to be spoon-fed, regarded as discretionary!

...Could well be an interesting Xmas for the tripe but I think post Xmas is when it all comes to a head unfortunately because credit is going to be rather expensive for those that enjoy being overzealous with all their spending!

Have you even considered why the Amyris brands were placed into administration in the first place Bobby but there's always some clueless fo_ol like the Mould who thinks its a great deal for turnaround hey!

...Work with and monetise your existing brands, not shell out more money on others when it really doesn't add any additional value to the business, something your man at the helm clearly has no understanding of!

I know THG has £470m in cash, but all of a sudden seems like THG is flexing. First acquisition for along time. We know THG is FCF Positive way ahead of schedule.

What does matt know that we don't 🤔😉. Deal coming? Who knows. What's he doing with Kelso? Lol

Seems like a brilliant deal with Biossance. Premium product, already sold in Lookfantastic, Cult Beauty and Harrods.

No doubt will be onboarded on Ingenuity in an instant then I'd guess rolled out globally in individual markets, they have the know how, expertise, and infrastructure, make sense, should do more of these similar deals, a win win for THG, can use the power of Ingenuity.
