Sure the same site says +25 percent for LF. October is a terrible month so very much doubt beauty grew by 25 percent month on month.

Bulls head is ready to pop. Sold out of thg and into boohoo. How could you be so thick, a company declining in revenue so fast they can’t cut costs quick enough and they have balls of stock nobody wants.

Bully thought you had a subscription, that's why I asked you to run the report. But remember, if THG aren't using their code, the report will not be accurate :)

THG are probably not using similarweb code so the stats will be guess work and not accurate. We used to use Amazon Alexa Analytics and code for accurate reporting on my business. When they finished we used SEM rush for a bit but they not worth the subscription.

Can you post THG stats? One could look at Black Friday in different ways. Heavy discouting at zero margin doesn't really pay the bills. I have plenty of shares in THG toasty but im puzzled how badly website traffic has been in myprotein. Youd expect opposite given brand ro?led out in 000's of supermarkets

Bob you can’t compare September with October. Similar web want you to sign up for a pro account before you compare year on year which is the only data point that is relevant. October for us was 25 percent down in revenue on September. Look fantastic was up 25 percent on same site. It’s an estimator site and is only measuring desktop which it clearly
Says ffs. 84 percent of our sales are mobile. Mobile can’t be tracked the same.

Poor bull lol. Not even worth debating with that daft mug. He must have sold out.

Is Matty going to use Kelso?

A Reverse Takeover (RTO), often known as a reverse IPO, is the process in which a small private company goes public by acquiring a larger, already publicly listed company. The practice is contrary to the norm because the smaller company is taking over the larger company – thus, the merger is in "reverse" order.

I like this bit:There may instances where Kelso itself could be used as a vehicle by an undervalued company or subsidiary thereof to spin off into its own listing. Such a transaction would undoubtedly constitute a reverse takeover for Kelso

Kelso's strategy is to invest in situations where there is an anomaly between the intrinsic value and prospects of a company and its stock market valuation. Kelso will, in particular, look for situations where it believes the sum of the parts of a business is greater than the current value. The company completed a fundraising of GBP3m in January 2023 from around 20 UK entrepreneurs. Kelso believes that the current market conditions are such that there are situations where UK listed companies' valuations are not appropriately matched to their underlying intrinsic value. There may instances where Kelso itself could be used as a vehicle by an undervalued company or subsidiary thereof to spin off into its own listing. Such a transaction would undoubtedly constitute a reverse takeover for Kelso.
