Are you for real my dear friend?...SPACs are a highly efficient way of an existing company listing in alternative markets rather than going through an IPO regardless of whether its business strands are already separated or not but I'm honestly be_mused by your lack of any real understanding here Paddy!

Maybe you didn’t know we are separated already and ready to go. There is plenty of spacs you could buy, they don’t need Kelso in any way and it isn’t listed in the USA só cost savings are tiny. You can get a clean spac for about 400k?

Now maybe there was an original plan and there has been a fall out. Matt is hard to do a deal with.
