The overriding problem you as an investor have here is a totally unpredictable and gung-ho CEO who tends to make very bizarre business decisions which only he knows why so if you can live with that, I wish you the very best of luck here!

...But today's investment into Kelso tells you that PIs are of very little concern to the Mould and his inner circle because they're going to siphon off parts of the business through an RTO, SPAC whatever you want to call it and then delist Ingenuity through an MBO for pittance as its regarded as having little to no value in the market currently and allow it to grow organically in the next 3-5 years away from prying eyes before they bring it back to market for significant sums so play your game here and don't rely on the Mould to deliver your riches because you'll be gravely disappointed and this is just business after all nothing personal folks!

...I can't wait buddy but let's hope Ingenuity finally take the time to inform the market of how profitable all these 'Global Brands' are too its coffers not just GMV which really doesn't tell me or you anything being an existing/potential investor!
