Well no sign of any major buys or sells ahead of Black Friday tomorrow or the trading update for Oct-Nov. An update could come out next week, but more likely a week Monday (it came out Monday 7th last year).

Sense, all those who asked questions at the presentation were - at least sounded - Brits, except Marcus (German?); so suspect based in the UK.

I still think that this was a co-ordinated attack and what happened would still have happened regardless, and even if Gallemore was able to answer a question in 5 words rather than 500.

The ‘personal̵7; products – eg the Coca Cola stuff / the Rowntree Randoms – could well become very useful for occasions (Christmas, birthdays, etc) but I think it will be the ‘personal̵7; aspect of IT / data / marketing which will yield the real results; eg from the same article (and the presentation) “When we implemented the personalisation capabilities of our brand-led solution, THG Delivered, for a new client, around one in five sales were generated through email alone”. Get deals done before the likes of google / amazon / etc even get a sniff.
