Ao should not be compared to THGAOs suppliers are having difficulty manufacturing their products due to chip shortages. Ao is then having to deal with the container crisis costs to have them shipped to UK squeezing its margins and then have a HGV driver shortage on top of that. No wonder AO have said this.Theres no chips in make up. They fit on planes.Logistics is outsourced to other businesses like DPD.

Depending on how they handle hedge (I think 2 out of 3 regions are hedged from memory) strong dollar can help combat inflationary pressures.

If other online retailers are having supply issues then we know THG are not. THG will benefit hugely.

Bigballsbob1 - I would again point you to the Trading update on 26th Oct. "Early buying means product availability is good ahead of Peak trading" So no supply chain issues here at THG. They must be booming

Whilst logistics, labour and product inflation have persisted in Q3, the Group's vertically integrated business model, focus on cost control and increased automation have largely mitigated these pressures.

-- Early phasing of buying and production means product availability is good ahead of peak trading.

-- The Group has a very strong liquidity position as it enters its peak trading season, with available cash

Seem no investors want to take a risk with potential supply crunch looming. Some clarification would be nice, although I expect after AO yesterday maybe silence is better

Might be bad day Nasdaq selling off Tech still . So this is going to effect THG as well . Shorters are winning every battle at moment . Hope it bounces today could have been the sofia buying that held price up as well . As they bought 12 million more . If we don't have another buyer shorters know this and will short again knowing no buyer out there institutional. Really need news from company to be honest
