You might be onto something with the US goforgold1, I didn't believe it but today due to lack of volume its pretty clear. Now that I think about it, the CME was scheduled for 2pm which is 8am in New York and it was towards 9-9.30am when the mass sell off started

Yeah its a new trend.I made fun of the fact they go on about personalised quality street tin a lot in their presentations and marketing but then I thought last night when eating some rowntree randoms and picking out the best ones, what if they werent random? What if I could order the exact type of mix I like.Everythings online now and its only set to continue Im ashamed to say that I went from a 5 day commute to only driving once per week now due to working at home so much. I havent set foot in a supermarket since covid, not because im a hypochondriac (been a few clubs recently) but because its eaiser getting delivered

Coca-cola did the whole personalisation website for last xmas. It was hugely popular, managed to get a few things and was surprised how much people really loved getting branded stuff with their names on! Suspect this trend will be even bigger this xmas and will explain some of the new websites Ingenuity said it was launching in last update.

Interesting - an oral b ad popped up on my Twitter feed went direct to Amazon. An Ios6 toothbrush Black Friday deal for £99 exactly. However THG Ingenuity run the oral b webshop d2c same toothbrush is there for £100 so £1 more also on BF deal 68% off.Question though why arent oral b routing sales to their own website?Might go in hand with what was said earlier about being a threat. Its D2c and personalisation is e-commerce 3.0Have you guys seen the creed website as well? You can get personalised bottles!

mcmather, good point about CME. It would be very hard for SB to agree, and THG to accept, changing the Ingenuity valuation if the business is delivering on agreed targets or exceeding them. It is only an option anyway, so SB don't have to take it up. The risk then for SB is that THG obtain the investment from someone else or continue to fund internally.

No volume no nothing USA closed soThis is fuvked now till next week . The company should bring a hood RNS out while USA is closed . So trap the USA shorters in but they don't have a brain to think of that . Your going to see movement after 1pm approx Hedgies never sleep or have time off if money to be made

Just to remind from Q4 statementThe Group remains on target to trade comfortably ahead of IPO expectations set out in September 2020. At IPO the Group guided to FY 2021 revenue growth of between +20% to +25%. For FY 2021, we expect M&A to contribute c.£260m to revenue. If its above IPO expectations why is it not above IPO price

Dan post in LSE. ComparisonWed 21:37This time in the US market and perhaps shows the purpose for the spin offWaldencast is valued at $1.2bln and below is the make up of the revenueWaldencast investor presentation, Obagi's projected net revenue for 2021 is $168 million with a 25% adjusted EBITA margin. Milk Makeup's 2021 estimated net revenue is $47 million.THG paid $60m for Perricone which does $60m revenue (when bought so be higher now) although was online break even at EBITDA although you need to factor that Perricone is produced by Bentley labs which is of course owned by THGAlthough spinning off beauty is not my chosen path it is more and more clear that this needs to happen for THG to have the firepower for more M&APerricone, ESPA, Christophe Robin and the others are all great brands and are vertically integrated into Bentley and the U.K. lab. On the above should be worth $1.2bln! Never mind LF, Cult and then Dermstore!

Yes. Short sellers trying to smack the bid limits to knock the price down... but unbeknown to them there are multiple party's gobbling them up. Softbank adding 12m caught them off guard lol
