26/11/2021 11:22 | THG just need to sell personalised face masks with cards in the tin | ![]() senseibull

26/11/2021 11:20 | So well actually they gave 100m to charity lol | jason_scrap
26/11/2021 11:19 | Looks like they did quite well in 2020 form where I'm standing, whilst the world was ending and everyone else around them was going bust.... see numbers belowGBP1.6bn of revenues (+42% YoY), GBP151m adjusted EBITDA (+35% YoY) after GBP2.6m of self-funded furlough costsStatutory operating profit before adjusted items of GBP46m, Strong Q1 2021 revenue momentum; +58% growth YoY, encouraging progress on Dermstore integrationIngenuity Commerce continued revenue acceleration with Q1 2021 +188% sales growthReiterate recently upgraded 2021 revenue growth guidance of +30% to +35%Matthew Moulding, Founder, Executive Chairman and CEO to donate GBP100m of THG PLC shares to charity | jason_scrap
26/11/2021 11:18 | It would all depend upon whether govt's would step in again like last time. Some people did very well during last lockdown. I don't think you'd get another stamp duty holiday or as generous furlough support - not least because unemployment is so low now. Public services are on their knees after years of cuts and some businesses are carrying alot of covid debt - so resilience is an issue too. | ![]() indomie1
26/11/2021 11:11 | Nah we arent going back to March 2020 we have evolved since then. We are starting to mitigate and change the economy now.Cities dead, towns and especially villages thrive an e-commerce wins out. Food delivery services rocket again etc. Outside dining becomes the norm whatever the weather | ![]() senseibull
26/11/2021 11:08 | Wishful thinking! If there are more lockdowns and the virus variant is found to be more resistant to vaccines then very different to last year and this company wouldn't be immune. | ![]() indomie1
26/11/2021 10:55 | Ironically this seems to be safe to hold right now still. the fact its oversold might be a safe haven for others to park their money | ![]() senseibull
26/11/2021 10:54 | I guess THG is a bit harder to judge as the IPO was after the lockdown last year and there was a bit of post IPO hype around the stock. I'd have thought nutrition and ingenuity should benefit, but beauty and experiences (hotels/events) would suffer. | ![]() indomie1
26/11/2021 10:51 | My thoughts too. Nutrition is definitely boosted in lockdown where beauty is affected. Depends if they close nightlife again | ![]() senseibull
26/11/2021 10:45 | Hoping this has further north to go but how did THG end up a lockdown winner last time around when beauty product sales generally took a hit as fewer people were going out? | ![]() indomie1
26/11/2021 10:20 | Return of lockdown winners. Zoom up 7% pre market etc... I don't think you can say turned corner but until we know more about this new variant, markets will sell off but lockdown winners will likely hold ground. | ![]() fozzyb
26/11/2021 10:19 | The market is nasty. Ingenuity can help most businesses become better online operators. This should gain from here. | ![]() mcmather
26/11/2021 10:10 | Ok if the share price can survive this we MUST have bottomed out sans nuclear war | ![]() senseibull

26/11/2021 09:38 | What's crazy is this is good news for thg! There will be even more pressure for online shopping. It's just general market sell off. Probs ends significantly blue imo. | ![]() gregpeck7
26/11/2021 09:33 | Hi Leon hope all okay, unfortunately not good on THG but got bad robot shorting it apparently? | ![]() heatseek77

26/11/2021 09:14 | Looks like the whole market is down. I have 15 shares in my watch list - all are down and all heavily down in first 45 mins and all recovering now. | andrewhaslam |
