A bit of volume. Can't wait to hear what Oliver Shah @ The Times has to say this weekend in the rag. How many times will he reference the Numis piece? It’d be interesting to see whether he is mates with Nils Pratley @ The Guardian, being another one who has been ‘vocal’ about THG. Are either of them mates with the gimp at Numis who wrote the dodgy dossier??

Well a bit of a rise off the back of positive retail sale figures. No doubt to be knocked back down later today for no reason at all.

THG have a suite of 'services' – Ingenuity – that either individually, or collectively, will improve most direct to consumer businesses, and which presumably explains Softbank’s interest in it.

Softbank have an exercisable option to pay $1.6bn for 19.9% of THG Ingenuity. THG retains the discretion to separate THG Ingenuity by way of an IPO, sale process, or other structural options.

So THG will potentially own 80.1% of Ingenuity, and also retain the remainder of the business; THG Beauty, THG Nutrition, & THG OnDemand, and whose revenue for Q3 2021 alone was £456.7m.

Market cap today for THG – incorporating Ingenuity – is £2.442bn (based on 1.37bn shares).

THG just a smidgen undervalued?

You're off for a month because you've run out of money and you look like a fool. I'm sure all of your 20 other accounts will still be active unfortunately.

No Leone. I never like this HOOT and I like it less when you jinxed it at 203p. But to be fair, there's a master Jinx here, it's bankrupt spazbob the stalking nonce.

IT HAS JINXED BOO. 210p.

Leone don't forget to tell the folks here about your HUR super buy at 70p.

Either way it's not THG fault that your not getting your mail but you implying that it is, others implying account irregularities, which there isn't, others implying staff court cases from 2 years ago could be very damaging which it won't. Your a tyre kicker who thinks we're all DOOMED when we are not.

I don't hold BOO. My average on GATC is £1.63 I'm quite open about what I buy, when I buy it and at what price. None of your deleting of posts or magical retrospective claims of buying dips and selling at top. Was a very rare post you made on Metrobank where you actually said how much you had bought (now deleted of course). You was expecting £1.80 today before Carlyle pulled out. Only consolation I guess is that you probably had nowhere near £100k in there as you only have your spare JSA to play with.
