It's down on heavy volume as well . So another bad day tomorrow. MM will be buying back his company for less than 2 billion at this rate and 700 million cash in bank .

Tell you what though, considering there has been a world changing pandemic with businesses forced to shutter than unemployment rate is incredible. Only 0.3% to go to pre pandemic peak in 2019. But still better unemployment rates than 2018.Crazy

I see the Neanderthals are in high numbers on here.
Do we have any holders willing to stand up for this share ?
May I offer you my sticky fizz ?
Hold my Coke , suck it and I will fill you full of warm sticky fizz.
Only then , as my fluid courses through your veins will you realise that holding this is the wrong thing to do.

The legal case is said to have involved the distribution facility in Shepherdsville, Kentucky. The piece by The Times / Oliver Shah details the occupations of two of the Plaintiffs. T’internet enquiries show persons matching their names, location (Kentucky) and with similar occupations, as seemingly being in gainful employment. Assuming that this does(?) relate to the subject Plaintiffs, whatever their grievance with THG, this does not appear to have stopped them working:

Jason Eugene Young, vice-president of US operations
There is a Jason Young - VP of Operations - Southern Health Partners, Madisonville, Kentucky,

Joseph McGaughey, Safety Manager.
There is a Joseph McGaughey - Contractor & Consulting Safety Advisor, Shepherdsville, Kentucky.

Donald McEntire
There is a Donald McEntire - Elizabethtown, Kentucky, Production Manager NSU Corporation. The Hut Group. Elizabethtown,

Nick Bodinet
There is a Nick Bodinet, Senior Advanced Manufacturing Engineer - Controls at GE Appliances, Louisville, Kentucky.

The Filing fee was $400 (receipt number 0644-3148551). The case remains pending. The Times piece includes:

“The US case, which THG is defending, claims that it put profits before worker safety in the early years of running the Kentucky site”.

Time to get a grip.

Mister Bull

Forget about Numis. You can see how shs was dumped yesterday closing auction. I bought 10k below 179.5p I ran just below 182p. I did not want to stay in, thought it could go to 183p-184p.

Sometimes it's best to remove a dog on the watchlist and never look again.
