15/11/2021 20:11 | Lots of optionality here adds a bit of zest, for example recent new investor T. Rowe Price is often quoted alongside Softbank with regard to financing. Between them they already hold around 15% of the stock, add this to management holdings together with their financial muscle and going private doesn't seem like such a long shot after all. Less speculative is to move up the listing table which currently is quite restrictive, take the shackles off and we could see more UK funds on the register. | ![]() 1pencil

15/11/2021 13:10 | Europe's gonna have a much bigger problem on its door step than brexit as putin flexes against states that have hugely underfunded their military. No wonder they want an eu army now! The EU is shattered. Their own currency will be its downfall. Just gonna be a slow death. | ![]() gregpeck7

15/11/2021 11:28 | Who knows maybe they will shelve the Beauty IPO, share price rises and softbank exercise option at agreed price and share price rockets.Theres a few different reasons for share price drop but one is definitely spinning out beauty. No one except Matt probably understands why, doesnt help when then not explaining anything as to the reason for splitting or how it would improve value for shareholders was a red flag. I suspect the pressure and decisions he alluded to in the GQ interview were around Beauty IPO rather than finding a new chair. He is probably looking for a chair that supports the. IPO idea | ![]() senseibull
15/11/2021 11:13 | Feels like the risks are to the upside from this price onwards. The shares have capitulated and everyone is bearish. There are no happy media articles. But they can't possibly be fraudulently generating £2bn of sales, nor the growth rates. Everyone under 25 seems to be buying into their brands so there is value. With a bidder in 2017 being ready to pay £4.7bn vs £2.3bn value today I think there is a real possibility of a black swan event here, like Softbank buying a huge chunk of THG / take private, rather than into Ingenuity via an option. Then spin off the "retail" stuff with returns > the current market cap, and leave a core tech business owned for free. The mugs bought in here at £6. The value hunters at £4. The bottom fishers at £2. | ![]() craftyspeculator
