It dropped 4% this am on shag all volume (285k total), and that was after the first 10 mins when it went up with 90k traded.

Not a lot in the overall picture, more the negative publicity about the implications. This news would have been avaliable to investors at the IPO, and I assume the underwriters would have been aware.

This isn't good for sentiment. Not good at all! I've been following this for sometime now sometimes thinking I'm going to miss the boat but this is a dangerous one. A USA lawsuit can get very expensive and THG better make a deal.
