The Company is hoping to receive the commercial license by the end of May. The oil handling and gas utilization facilities are not yet complete, but the Company expects to have them in place and operational when the commercial license is received

I'm hoping Bill sticks to his word with end of May 2024 lol.But as stated in last comms, within 2nd quarter. Could mean June. But we all know this has little meaning when dealing with Kaz government agencies.

Last press release stated end of quarter which is June. So I am not sure why people are still expecting May.

After 2yrs of the most drawn out buy-back I've ever seen. It's hard to tell if Tethys will finally crack it, at least before they crack us anyway.

People should endeavour to read the full accounts as opposed to just reading the headline RNS as there is much more detail given. In the full accounts they state that they expect to receive the production license "shortly".

I've got to hope its the latter. Surely they must have a timeline of when they take the handbrake off, and push everything forward. As for the export license and missing gas payments, I really don't know what to make of it all. I'm convinced or have convinced myself which never usually ends well that whatever the plan is is done and dusted in the background, they just want as many of us out as possible. BWTFDIK. GLA.

Difficult to tell what's going on here. Is Tethys being bullied out by the Kaz pro neighbour oligarchs and Government. Recent developments in Georgia might suggest old friends are offering safe havens and other benefits perhaps. It's very difficult to tell which way these ex soviet countries are leaning.
Or is it just more BS to try and relieve us of our shares.
