As I said before, without Bill's stake in this company then people would have lost their investments years ago. While it's easy to be negative given the past history, people need to recognise that things have now changed and all the major investors are now aligned to grow the company. We therefore need to concentrate on what this company can achieve going forward rather than the past.

Just for those interested. on the 30-08-2010 Tethys had an all time high of $21.90 in todays money.

I think we need to smash that this time around.

No not necessarily. I still think the acceptance of the field plan is worthy of an RNS in its own right given the stated critical nature of it and certainly the huge uptick in trading indicates imminent news so I still think news could drop any day. It's just that I think people were confusing protocols with a decision time. It's very hard to say what's going on behind the scenes, it could just be that there is some discussions with the authorities over the field plan that has delayed their decision by a few days.
We just don't know but I expect news anytime now.

As you say, Tethys have bundled news together in the past and is most likely the case this time as well.
Guess we're gonna have to wait till next month.

I am just as frustrated as everyone about the current situation but I will just make two points about the stated two weeks.
If you read the RNS then the two weeks referred to the receiving of the protocols which I think I and many others perceived to mean a yes or no on the field development plan, which technically it doesn't because protocols is a set of rules.
Secondly as I said before, Tethys does tend to clump news together so it could be that they will just announce the granting of the production license without flagging up the three stages to get there.
There is no misinterpreting their intention to restart production by early April however and to do that everything needs to be signed off.
