Oil price should help the "cost of living"... just need this to feed through to the refineries and the pump.

If FED raises by 0.75% on Wednesday, commodities will get the message and oil will be targeting $86 by end August imo

Interesting thoughts but mine are it's too soon.

They say Tesco has done well recently but must be talking about the bounce in the last month? I would like to see the May high reached before I consider taking some profit.

hahaha mass non payment of bills = click.

No electricity.
No power.

Most of the woke idiots supporting this man made global warming drivel/ covid lockdown policies don't appreciate the consequences of such.

We now see them.

Collapsing supply chains resulting in a chain of events resulting in soaring bills across the board.

Still it's better than shortages or complete scarcity.

A little bit of heat, nearly everyone falls to pieces.

Can't begin to imagine how they're going to deal with power cuts, empty food shelves come Winter time.

People don't realise the hardships that are coming...

Calls growing for ‘consumer strike’ on energy bills – Martin Lewis

he financial squeeze and surging prices are triggering growing calls for a “consumer strike” on energy bills, Martin Lewis has said.

The founder of the Money Saving Expert website warned the country was “getting close to a Poll Tax moment”, and that he was seeing increasing numbers of people calling for a mass non-payment of energy bills.

Annual household energy bills are set to rise further in October when the price cap goes up, having already risen by more than 50% in April.
