I've given up trolling Metro Bank as a paid deramper due to a recent gang bang spit roast roggering by the teamsters there...left me tattered and torn...and being Odey's secret love child doesn't help either!

Dividend, need to see price falling away from eps first

and need it on a chart so you see the price relative to SP

then as price falls away, note areas of fund interest ie where they may look to come in, and keep an eye out for them in the fall

Markets are different to other professions

A doctor has to learn so much factual stuff.

In markets, we have to eliminate the 99.9% thats rubbish

Im pretty new to this if you hadn't guessed. I'm learning the hard waybi guess. Just thought I'd learn a few basics and branch out. So much to it though and so many variables. I got burned by astrazeneca too. It was doing fine until the EU declared war on them and now AZ is completely stigmatised by bad publicity. Had some wins elsewhere but I keep buying into one bogey position that sucks up all my gains. I've tried looking at EPS until my eyes stick to my screen but if I see any rising EPS, revenue or any other positive signals then it seems loads of people have already bought in and forced the price up. I'm then fearful of bounce back and bubbles bursting.

And believe me, did more fundamentals than most....doesnt really matter

they hit target? that's it .

job done

they may intend to buy back of course on a decent drop...but often they do not, thats when get caught out

so worth knowing their POI's, and just do what the money does

Risk management though

the day we buy is the day we always think it is value

so when trading anything below that, it is below our own perceived value day. Got to have a risk plan for that

this was screaming sell 242-244 anyway, and to ponder again 227's or that box just below

Gremlin. Wish I'd done my homework and sold on Tuesday then. Nevermind.

Sentiment. Yes I am in two minds. Aren't we all? Every chance it could bounce but its seriously close to testing next support at 227. What happens if it breaks through that barrier? :O

Money isnt there yet , must say - but it can come in, in such windows (boxed. Given it is a low percentage window, worth seeing if occurs

Given current price, might as well see what happens in that zone first (boxed image 1)

Results in April so you might get buyers sniffing around there, and lift it into results (but cant know that until see money confirm it in the zone)

other images - EPS forwards 1,3,5 year, will give them reason to punt it - and TSCo does offer a bit of div, which will bring in income class, which has been increasing again YoY

So all not lost yet in this price area - worth assessing before dumping anyway. An interesting area

You have already qualified for the special dividend and that will be paid to you on or around the 2nd of March 2021 errespective of whether you sell you're holding or not after the qualifying date being the 15th of February 2021.
