20/1/2020 12:34 | As Dave444 keeps pointing out on the corporate finance side they are woeful to say the least. Indeed I asked the question at the last shareholder call if they should be getting outside help! | jprich
20/1/2020 12:28 | I think the Investment Director has been brought in because the board overpaid for its original FVR stake. Evidenced by the dilution down from c34.75% to 21.52% or 26.85% (after conversion of Loan Notes). If the BoD want the respect of VCs - it is one thing knowing which tech companies to buy, it is another buying your stake at the right price. Realising that they needed in-house expertise is welcome. | stentorian
20/1/2020 11:37 | I would have thought Bruce was doing all the searching and DD on new investees... Anyone remember what his job was... "finding 4 new investees each quarter"! LOL | jprich
20/1/2020 11:35 | jp, no but if they expected to be able to invest in a few months time you would need to have the prospects lined up which would take months to line up and do dd on etc .. | still waiting
20/1/2020 11:29 | SW, I note that you were immediately ticked down but the prior two posts suggesting either forward selling of a placing or 'borrowed stock' clattering the price were left untouched. It's almost as if someone likes any conspiracy theory posts :) Personally I think the selling is just that. Perfectly legitimate market operations by people who want/need the cash or want to take a punt on something else or are just plain bored. No conspiracy necessary. | mike routhorn
20/1/2020 11:26 | SW are you suggesting Al is sitting on material news DA already sold. Would be nice but i doubt it. | jprich
20/1/2020 11:26 | SW hopefully that's the case. Don't understand the continued selling at these levels. | johnb5
20/1/2020 11:24 | john, maybe he knows cash will be available in X months time ? so he goes and gets a shopping list prepared ? | still waiting

20/1/2020 11:11 | More borrowed stock, if all sellers could just add a odd number to all their trades it would help. The fact that the bid is hardly moving despite three fairly decent sells tells its own story | sweepie2
20/1/2020 11:08 | Fairly obvious whats going on with the selling. New guy needs cash to spend. | johnb5

20/1/2020 10:58 | nCipher Security, an Entrust Datacard company and provider of trust, integrity and control for business-critical information and applications, declares 2020 the “Year of Encryption.” nCipher surveyed over 1,000 American adults to understand more about their thoughts on personal and digital security practices, as well as their plans into the new year. The data supports defining 2020 as the “Year of Encryption,” stemming from greater interest in – and awareness of – digital security. Against a backdrop of national and international dialogue around security, nearly a quarter of respondents (24.3%) say that they already update their passwords once a month or more, while some 72.1% say that they plan to update their passwords and practice better personal security habits in 2020. However as one in four (25%) Americans say they plan to use the current year as part of their password update, there’s still more education required as this is a tactic that can easily be guessed by hackers | still waiting
20/1/2020 10:55 | I can't believe people are still ramping an advertorial cartoon. | jonc

20/1/2020 10:53 | Sweepie worried about the selling. He should worry when the selling stops. That is when the bucket shops have loaded up IMO ready for the staged climb and placing news to hit.....see it waaaaaay too many times here. | duxy786
20/1/2020 10:50 | Have to say that latest sell doesn't look like borrowed stock and fairly big at 185k | sweepie2 |
