19/1/2020 10:53 | The other key consideration to bear in mind is the fact that they are not keeping shareholders informed enough on progress and plans! | dave444
19/1/2020 10:32 | Yes wardy333 $3 trillion annual turnover approximately of those 500 odd companies listening in on the webinar on Tuesday, It's scary to think how Terns stock could rocket if any of those also see the potential and buy at these lows. | watzdorfer

19/1/2020 09:18 | Very silly to think people attending the webinar will have heard of D/A or the solutions on offer, they are listening in because of problems they know they will be encountering in their different businesses sooner rather than later. To assume no business will come out of it is pathetic at best , it is a big showcase to see what is on offer, they won't get the cheque books out immediately but will certainly leave the Webinar with thoughts on where to go with their security issues. Hopefully with D/A and any of their partners they are paired up with. It will certainly bring D/As name to a lot of very large companies and can only help the Business. | wardy333

19/1/2020 08:57 | If only dave444 was our largest holder!I could see real pressure being put on management. | jprich
19/1/2020 08:47 | As has already been said:TERN have excellent skills in finding brilliant companies to invest inWhere they are lacking is in Marketing and Financial market experience particularly with regard to AIM level companies If they were as good on these other elements this share would be over a pound right now! | dave444

19/1/2020 06:46 | sweepie219 Jan '20 - 02:44 - 183238 of 183239 0 1 1 On a night shift, you might well be right that there will no update to accompany this webinar as it hasn't happened previously before a webinar BUT ..... If there is on Tuesday a new solution unveiled which is an all singing, all dancing IOT security standard solution better than anything else out there then you have got 500 high earners who will witnessing the first glimpse. They have two multi billion dollar companies and little old Device Authority partnering who are a critical and pivitoral part of the solution. Who knows many of these attendees may search out how to buy in to Device Authority as they can see the landscape over the near future that this will become the gold standard of the IOT world. What does Sweepie mean by this?? Does he think Device Authority are going to publish a new security blueprint and the rest of the world will to sign up to it and agree that this is the only solution... Mad as a box of frogs.... Talk about going from zero to hero... In the real world.. Join this webinar to: • Learn about at recent IoT breaches • Discover key aspects of managing IoT security operations and applying IoT lifecycle management • Explore best practice for building an IoT root of trust using Microsoft Azure • Find out about HSM as a Service and its key benefits • Learn about real IoT use cases: How to overcome/mitigate security risks in a cost-effective way | stead41
19/1/2020 03:26 | Also how far away are we from an FVR update detailing how many hospitals have signed up, also falling behind with new procedures coming online. Surely not far and the figures won't disappoint as its a no brainer in taking up the service, better training at a fraction of the normal cost, can't be many hospital accountants and surgeons saying no to that outcome Wyld starting to show traction as well and I bet another new Wyld type investment on the horizon, it really is exciting times atm. Get one blockbuster RNS and the trolls and shorters will be in the poorhouse and Dave will be inviting us all to his new house in the Canaries, it better have a pool lol | sweepie2

I suppose its like attendees being at a industry medical conference and there witnessing being unveiled, a cancer cure and there are two multi billion biotech companies partners and a company which is worth peanuts at that moment in time but whose technology which is patent protected plays a critical part in defeating the disease. Money is money, just because you are in the industry won't make you not buy shares. Looking forward to an amazing week but keeping everything crossed including the dogs paws, wife and children toes and fingers crossed as well that a superstar solution will be unveiled. No stock around so there could well be some sharp moves on quite little volume | sweepie2
19/1/2020 00:58 | Acga, Goofrob. What point are you trying to make? We all agree that Tern sits on four exceptional companies. The point I was making is that Tern is an investment business in its own right. How can you both not understand that? Tern has a stable of four great companies, but Tern has a completely inadequate capital base. When I first came across them, they were in a desperate arrangement with a bucket shop where they had to issue convertible shares for every loan tranche they took. They managed to get out from under that Death spiral and have tried a number of unsuccessful capital raising attempts since. They should have at least a £10m investment war chest to enable them to take the investment opportunities as they arise in this fast moving IoT market. In the Spring of last year, AS made the claim that he would shoot to have 19 investee companies in the stable by 31 Dec 19. Most of us felt this would require the sale of one of existing 4. I for one did not want that to happen because I feel the value curve for those companies is about to go exponential. The Tern promotion video I proposed earlier, was designed to fire up a groundswell of new investors, many of them PIs, to buy into the value bomb Tern are currently sitting on and get a level of funding in the coffers that starts to approach £10 million. Then we would have the flexibility to decide when, in the case of DA for example, was the best time to sell. We would equally have the capital firepower to buy new companies. The share price would also start to move Up, because the Capital base would make more sense to new investors. It is the lack of capital that is keeping the Tern share price down. Can you not see that! | ridicule |
