I hope so, the new research only works if they can show they can sell/create value from the model.

When your ready !!

Irrespective of the long term success or failure of Terns investee companies, short term cash is low and has to be bolstered.

Unfortunately for holders, in the absence of an asset sale, a discounted placing or similar is certain.

Ultimate success - or not - of DA etc irrelevant

backbone and clingfilm

Mo Salah cost Liverpool €42m.

That's how much he was worth then and that's how much he has been worth every day up to and including today.

Ignore all the goals, achievements and contribution to the team. They count for nothing. He is worth €42m and Liverpool look really stupid because he's not increased in value one penny because, er, we're valuing him purely based on the last time he changed hands.

Really stupid?

Of course.

So talk to me about NAV.

Tern’s Nav is valued on money spent and bad Debt....hope that helps....

A snippet that caught my eye from the report that is very significant -

'The expectation is that Device Authority’s revenues will be very “sticky” with customers unlikely
to churn away from the platform once installed, as the ongoing costs are relatively low, and
migrating to other systems would be difficult to achieve and risky.'

“Migrating to other systems would be difficult to achieve and risky”

Am I the only one that thinks this is a negative, why take the risk and use DA at all??? Look at their accounts, if using DA could make life difficult in the future then best go to a more reputable company..

Ct. In some ways I hope you are right.
This is purely my opinion, but if the share price were to drop as much as you say then my suggestion, for what it's worth, would be to take the opportunity of the year and pile in for as much as you can afford. I certainly will be.

A snippet that caught my eye from the Interim .. An ambition to reflect the perceived quality and future potential of existing businesses .. nice

Outlook

We are aiming to achieve US Venture Capital valuations for our UK
investments in later series 'B' rounds and beyond, to create shareholder
value and premium exit opportunities. We have set a target for our portfolio
activities to achieve an average of 20% year-on-year growth in portfolio
value by year end 2019 and beyond.

Likya123, you have proven that you don't even have the smallest understanding of cash forecasting..I wouldn't be surprised if you were one of those exiting here over the last few days..So which part of shareprophets article is not correct?

A harsh but fair reflection of TERN by shareprophet..Next week is going to be carnage here in my opinion..I originally thought into the sevens next week, but I think it's going to be the six range once people think about things over the weekend.

I believe the potential of the Fundamental Surgery platform — and other similar developments such as the work Microsoft has been doing in the healthcare sector with HoloLens — is enormous.
