28/9/2019 09:11 | Worth repeating. | jonc
28/9/2019 09:07 | DA have been chipping away at getting recognition from the big boys. And developing comprehensive, total solutions for the customers of major vendors. Partnering with Intel began in Oct 2017, for instance (SDO project). And that has blossomed, witness the August 2019 webinar. the two speakers took over from each other every few minutes. Why? Because they are both familiar with the intricacy of the presentation slides, and the work that has gone in, to get these methods and techniques ready for customers. All that didn't happen overnight. When you consider that IoT has quarterly revenues (just in IoT) of ca. $800m, then to break into a cold sweat over DA's current debts to Tern is like comparing peanuts with coconuts. This a very big money game. And we still have Thales, Microsoft, HID, Wipro, TeamViewer (a big money IPO recently) and Tech Mahindra wanting the same secret sauce.... | andrbea
28/9/2019 09:00 | Good morning all LTHs. I have the feeling of some big corporate news arriving very soon. Probably FVR funding announcement but maybe DA and Microsoft etc etc! My view of 30p by end of October and at least 70p by Xmas I still believe. The paid trolls are getting more frantic by the day. Ignore them as always. Have a great weekend. | goofrob
28/9/2019 08:00 | So a "research" report paid for by TERN which is all very ramptastic receives more attention than the dreadful but factual Financial Statements of DA and of course the TERN interims. As Shareprophets would say:Fund raising Ahoy. | jonc
28/9/2019 07:57 | DA & Microsoft The value of Microsoft Azure IoT together with KeyScaler | kkrr11ss2
28/9/2019 07:38 | For those wanting to remove AS it maybe worth recognising this key comment from the report! You better pray he doesn’t pop his clogs! Tern is highly reliant on a small number of key personnel, including most notable Al Sisto, the CEO. Any changes in the senior team could have a significant effect on the group's ability to find, add value to, and exit from portfolio assets, and would render raising additional capital more difficult. | dave444
28/9/2019 07:06 | Shhh..... it's supposed to be a secret! | marky60
28/9/2019 03:28 | Progressive Equity Research 28 page report is on the website (no registration required): | stentorian
28/9/2019 01:37 | Really is worse than I originally thought. | duxy786
27/9/2019 23:56 | If you add up the 4 loans/charges before 31/12/18 through Tern’s RNS’s or from Companies House then they Total $3.1m with Tern providing $1.7m, this leaves Samenuk and Louie to make up the rest($1.4m), if you read the Interims 2018 Tern had communicated that the Total was $2.9m with Tern providing $1.7m... What to believe, not that it matters anyway.. | stead41
27/9/2019 23:13 | Today its jewel in the crown - or perhaps more aptly the thorn in its side - major investee Device Authority released its FY18 numbers and they are not pretty. For starters, it boasts net assets of MINUS £923,294. If that is the best Tern has to offer, then its shareholders had better brace for a crash-landing....... .....So a massive bucket shop discount, monster death-spiral dilution or insolvency beckons and thus Tern is an outright sell. | bbmsionlypostafter
27/9/2019 22:48 | Well as far as the worthless POS that is DA is concerned it borrows all it can from anyone. How else is it going to pay for it's expenses? It is a complete failure. Only a matter of time before DA and Terd have their lights switched off. | seewhatimean
27/9/2019 22:43 | Yes but their balance should still be a lot more.. | stead41 |
