03/9/2019 22:01 | I must be an idiot as i do not trust Johnma or Al Sisto one bit. Happy to eat my words, but i fear not. Hate to say it, but trolls have been proved more right than wrong by their actions to date. Sorry, i will get shot down for saying it, but it is true.Moon and Mars, what he meant is we will probably land on them both before he issues a positive RNS | hawkind
03/9/2019 21:59 | Sorry but in the accounts it tells you the intercompany loans are included within the debtors.. | stead41
03/9/2019 21:57 | YET ANOTHER BIT OF NEWS WHICH SHOULD BE RNS, HOPELESS | sweepie2
03/9/2019 21:56 | Hear hear as long as we don't get hit by a placing, why we have directors who raise money at lower and lower prices whem remaining quiet about positive developments must worry holders and even the holders who are not idiots | sweepie2
03/9/2019 21:55 | Pointless identifying secret sauce if you cannot maximise its potential and sell it.There are many genius's that cannot sell their product or are no good in business and therefore financially poor. What value has he actually created for shateholders in 5 years. What is he best known for? I will tell you, issuing a speeding ticket | hawkind
03/9/2019 21:54 | Intercompany loans to DA would be creditors of DA. Wish people would learn basics. | seewhatimean
03/9/2019 21:52 | If you remove the intercompany loan from the debtors amount it actually decreases from £95k to £82k. DA had a better 2016 compared to 2017, better but not good... Intercompany loan 2017 £1,234,802 2016 £666,635 | stead41
03/9/2019 21:46 | Well said Jamonit. We do have a few complete idiots holding TERN stock. I would be very, very worried if Al Sisto took his eye off the business side and instead attempted to micro manage the TERN share price on a daily basis to please some muppets who would dump at the first chance of a profit. Markets simply do not work like this. Al's doing a fantastic job as evidenced by almost daily bits of news coming out from the investees. Share price is irrelevant at this stage and fwiw, in my opinion, there's a huge disconnect and therefore an excellent opportunity to invest for the iot future. | tech_ip
03/9/2019 21:40 | There is some revenue, hence the increase in debtors, but the £1.7m increase in losses and the need for continuous funding show that they have revenue of a few hundred £k based on consultancy. | seewhatimean
03/9/2019 21:31 | In the 2017 DA accounts most of the money included within debtors was an intercompany loan, they’re all at it... If you didn’t read the small print you might actually think there was sales... | stead41
03/9/2019 21:20 | Increasing funding only increases the NAV of Terd and not of DA - it is a completely made up figure. Reality is that it's close to 0.003p This pyramid scheme has always been smoke and mirrors of a piece of string. | seewhatimean
03/9/2019 21:05 | jamonit3 Sep '19 - 20:59 - 163852 of 163852 0 1 0 fs there would be no prospects like DA and FVR, with all the cash that these will make, if it were not for AS. Stop being so bloody short termist and arrogant. “Short Termist” This washing machine has been stuck on rinse for years.... Did Sisto carry out a risk assessment before throwing money at DA in loans? I doubt it, it isn’t his money and it increases NAV. How to make yourself look good by making bad decisions....Write your own rules... | stead41
03/9/2019 20:32 | Yeah but we know Stead, insolvent, iliquid, loss making and worthless. But the idiot clowns don't do facts, | seewhatimean
03/9/2019 20:26 | To understand Microsoft’s relationship with DA just look at the numbers.. DA Accounts...Coming soon... | stead41
03/9/2019 20:25 | Jerseymike, excellent post. I also think it is significant that DA are doing webinars with Intel, Thales and Microsoft in quick succession. This tells the world that KeyScaler is the essential ingredient if you want total IoT security and device management whether your start point is hardware, PKI, HSM or a third party platform ie. whatever angle you like. And don't take our word for it, ask Intel, Thales and Microsoft. Yonks ago a company called Baltimore was touted as the company that would be very big in global cybersecurity. I saw some pretty convincing calculations at the tine that would have legitimately and fairly valued Baltimore in the tens of billions. And the connected world, with the extra addition of IoT is magnitudes upon magnitudes bigger than 20 years ago. One spark here. Seriously, one spark. | mike routhorn
03/9/2019 20:24 | For an understanding to the future, look to the past... DA Accounts...Coming soon.... | stead41
03/9/2019 20:00 | The IoT is going to be absolutely humongous. Very soon almost everything we have personally that switches on and off will be capable of being controlled from our hand held devices that we loosely call mobile phones. The function of a phone as a phone is now a minute portion of what we use it for and will use it for. Each of the devices we control from our phone must have a degree of security to avoid being overruled by others. Imagine converting the domestic uses into the operation of all the businesses in the world. There will be trillions of devices in next to no time. Security is critical. And although there are more security systems than Keyscaler, I have still not seen anybody who has challenged and provided valid evidence the statement that only Keyscaler can be used across all aspects of IoT connectivity. This must be why Microsoft and others are partnering with DA. Add in FVR, INVMA and WYLD and the potential is mind blowing which is why we keep the faith here. The H1 results announcement is late. I am convinced this is because there is so much action going on behind the scenes, it is challenging to explain in a portfolio update without being misleading. Like everyone I want to know what is happening. However the information being made public plus the gems unearthed from internet dredging and analysis is so reassuring, I am slowly converting to the belief that the sum of all Tern's parts has the capability of the pounds not pence brigade reaching their goal. Time will tell. | jerseymike
03/9/2019 19:54 | Interesting context in the direction of the future marketplace for DA. | ebomber
03/9/2019 19:36 | No you didn't. | cmackay
03/9/2019 18:34 | worth repeating: Tyrano1 2 Sep '19 - 17:59 - 163650 o A couple of comments worth considering on Linkedin. Ian Banham ( of MIcrosoft Azure ) in August in reply to a post from Rosa about DA’s security suite for Azure. - I’ve seen this in action. A very solid piece of work. Takes lots of the headaches out of the security side of device management. - To which Rosa replied - Thanks for the validation Ian. Excited to be working with you and your team. - | andrbea
03/9/2019 18:01 | Good lord it is laughable. DA revenue less than that of a successful pub. However the pub market is billions. And I am part of it. Whooppeeeee..... PS I handed the keys over yesterday to the new tenant. | jonc |
