Highlights

-- Device Authority has formed a strategic partnership with EPS Global, a worldwide provider of integrated circuit ("IC") programming and secure provisioning services, and Intrinsic-ID, a leading global provider of security IP for embedded systems based on physical unclonable function ("PUF") technology. The partnership is designed to enable customers to be able to access end-to-end security lifecycle management and secure the provisioning of PUF-enabled devices.

-- Fundamental VR has secured an important contract from a new client to create a simulation in the field of regenerative medicine, valued at approximately GBP0.5 million in its initial phase, and a further GBP0.2 million over the following three years for enhancements.

It's pointless responding to Trolls, if Sisto does his job and turns this around they will all skulk off (including the caps lock cretin)on a much higher share price as they will have no argument!Our CEO has always facilitated them in the past by bringing the share price crashing down but after the last three updates I'd say their days are numbered!

Dave444, You are quite right, I had forgotten about the loan conversions and the A & B shares. My 200 Million Sterling valuation is also probably much less than DA will be sold for, but again this is a plus from the point of view of anybody buying TERN shares today. The debate simply becomes if the share price will be 1 pound or many pounds. I also believe that Covid-19 will have changed the TERN bod's view of how long they want to wait for their rewards, and my money is on them getting a significant payout this year. There's no point being the richest person in the graveyard.
