Have I got my numbers rights
If only 1% of 130k sign up
That's 1300x 30k = 39million a year

Now we know why Tern bought this little gem they then launched a worlds first platform that would be worth A absolute fortune in the US marketplace

Just for clarity for Emigna £1 sometime in 2021. Put it in your archive so that you can re-post when it occurs. Thanks fledgling.
Emigna, you will no doubt be very busy on the board tomorrow, more so than myself as I have no axe to grind against Tern as you obviously have nor am I driven by a hidden agenda.I have decided to treat your pointless posts with the contempt they deserve and therefore will not engage in any replies until the share price hits 50p.

Eight PM's in a day. Hope once Covid restrictions ease you can get out a little more. Make sure your Mum does your shoe laces up, save you tripping up.........yet again.

emigna You passed the intelligence test so you should be able to work it out. Hardly going to be worth it given the amount of time you spend on here.Probably make more on your piece rate for your daily diatribe.

To all actual investors.Great research again today ;-)and more pieces of the puzzle coming together including the reasoning behind the decision to invest in Talking Medicines. More synergies to come.

DA coming to the boil very nicely and I agree with the earlier poster that suggested this latest loan probably for legal fees.

Imco Tern obviously still flying below the radar but for how much longer. ;-).A Pound not pence. Hope that helps.

SUNBURST—Code Signing Was a Problem; It Should Have Been the Solution

hxxps://www.venafi.com/blog/sunburst-code-signing-was-problem-it-should-have-been-solution

About this webinar
Every company is now a “software̶1; company, so the attack on SolarWinds not only marks a new generation of software supply chain attacks but demonstrates an industry-wide vulnerability. This attack was different in the level of sophistication, stealth and patience from earlier similar attacks. As a result, over 18,000 SolarWinds customers were infected with SUNBURST malware, including multiple US federal agencies. Shortly after, Mimecast was found to have been breached by the same attack.Digitally signing software (code signing) is the critical component in building and delivering software that can be trusted by end users. Yes, SolarWinds was signing their software..

Someone wrote on a thread the other day, when you buy a business you don't just keep checking the value every minute of every day. We have bought a piece of a company that own parts of other companies who are all in fast moving industries with disruptive technology. Give the guys who actually know a chance to perform as things don't fly overnight but if you believe in the investments then over time value will come through.

They're all playing in multi $billion and rapidly growing markets. Its a pre requisite for Tern to invest. The question then becomes whether they can become a player of some significance in that market.

Device Authority - certainly a technology leader and possibly market leader.
FundamentalVR - certainly technology leader and probably market leader.
Wyld Networks - a player of growing influence and exciting technology.
Talking Medicines - unclear as yet but looks very promising.
InVMA - small player that might be of interest to a larger Systems Integrator.

Overall conclusion - Tern have a keen eye for the companies that will do very well in these vast markets. The Tern share price will be worth many multiples of where it is today even if they didn't invest in any other startups.
