Fabulous finds (especially SW) and Links. Very informative and productive Sunday for all new investors and LTH's and those just observing from the side lines and contemplating pressing the BUY button. I will be surprised as previously stated if Tern's share price is not in double figures by Wednesday and I would expect to see this rising throughout Feb.

So this new loan to DA has to be paid back on April 1st. Is that right?
So maybe the exit (eg a sale to Azure Sphere) is sorted by then, and DA is (super) cash-rich.
Maybe, at that point, it pays back all outstanding loans to Tern
Well that would help the Tern share price :-)

All they said was enough cash for ongoing operations, nowhere did they dismiss a placing which could be used for further acquisitions. I'm a lth but have seen how they operate too many times. It's only my thoughts.
