Has DA ever repaid a CLN to Tern?
Imagine that Azure took over DA and DA suddenly became cash-rich
So that today's loan was paid off (eg in April) and all the others too
How much would Tern stand to receive?

If you’d told me at 7.15am when I read that RNS that you would still be able to buy volume under 8.5p at 2pm I would have laughed and I’ve been here over 6 years on and off, selling out the first time in the 20p’s from the airport in Cyprus after a Wales away qualifier for the 2016 Euros so it must have been Aug 2015.
This share never ceases to amaze.

I fail to find any Aim investment stock which shares the quality and breadth of Terns next generation tech portfolio.
Thus I believe there is an extraordinary situation developing here and Tern is switching from unloved to soon to be very loved company.

Wether we need a placing or not comes down to a deal/sale. I should think AS and team have other future assets on the radar. That would need a cash raise if we have not pocketed a few million via something else.

Given the rate of attendance by NXP personnel at the DA webinars I would have a high degree of confidence that NXP and DA are working together. If you read the article above you will see that NXP are the market leader in automotive chips. We've had all of those links to the connected car discussed here in recent days. Very likely, in fact probable that NXP are part of DA's automotive ecosystem or rather DA are part of NXP's ecosystem.

that's a good few dots .....

it looks like bn's of chips are going to be produced for iot that now have end to end security for the lifetime and no one knows if KS has any part in them..

how the hell can anyone value DA for the lifetime ?

EPS (Dublin) partnered with NXP in June 2020 (for secure provisioning of devices, NXP's MCUs)
EPS partnered with DA one month later
The secure provisioning solution (EPS/DA) was explained at the Oct 2020 webinar
So - quite possible - that KS is part of the science for NXP's new service (eg at scale, without human intervention, policy-driven device management, ...).

Only Darren will know .... :-)

Let me check the Tern burn rate again. I have something slightly higher than your monthly number. Not that it really matters because the basic message is that placings are so far out they are now immaterial and maybe just maybe we might never need another.
